[Resolved] Career Innovators — false promise | |||
My name is Subhash Mishra.I was called for an interview by career innovators in DWARKA. They asked me to give 100 rupees which will be valid only for two months and I can give interviews till two months for several bpos and I gave interview only for AEGIS BPO. I was not selected for it but after that I didnt got any call for interview from this consultancy and whenever I contact my concerned HR 'Simran' they say that they will call me later but they dont give a call after taking 100 rupees from each candidate who comes for interview.They are just duping people by taking 100 rupees from everyone and once the interview is given and the candidate doesnt get selected they dont call them for further interviews and give fake promise that they will contact us whenever vacancies are there.I was called for interview on 9th october and didnt got a single interview call after that. the address of their office is Tokas compex sector 19 Dwarka (near Amberhai village) near AXIS bank ATM. fake people fake advt fake promises...u cant get a job i[censored] go there fr sure!
Career Innovators is fine consultancy, so many friends got free placement from them... They even take your telephonic round first before they call u for the Interviews!
In my opinion, they are professional consultant with Good companies under them.. Anyways I am happy I got placement from them, after wasting so much time in other consultancies in Places like Janakpuri ( District Centre), Nehru place, Laxmi Nagar.
Once again, Thanks to Career Innovators Staff for giving me a platform to start my career... You Rock...

career innovator dwarka is such a fake consultancy i called for an interview for airport jobs and promised me for 16000 salary but when i reach the consultancy i paid 200 bucks for registration and interview was taken by a very very unprofessional hr lady, actually she does not deserve to take interview and after the interview they told me to give 10000 bucks and asked me to sign bond paper, its very fake consultancy beware from them,
Hy I am placed in one of the leading airlines and this is only because of career Innovators team, they placed me and never charged anything, The Best thing is I got to meet their Manager he was very kind and briefed me very well and today I have my dream job in hand and m flying happily
I must say don't listen to people call the Hr team on [protected] and get your job, Who don't get job they take out their Frustration, thanks team for Placing me in my dream job :)

It is disheartening to see the above comments, especially for the freshers who got bad taste. Please share your stories. Actually, I understand that the those people, who are not lucky are writing and putting their comments. But those who selected are not giving their views. That's a human nature.
I request all the people should put their views, either in brief or short or in detail. I have been told that they are located in good locality in Dwarka and generally people are having 3 / 4 rounds of interviews.
Please don't disheartened by going through the comments of some of the people, they might be right. Hear them and know the actual reasons out of that.

I am not connected with Career Innovations, but put my views in fairly neutral manner. I had lead a team of 2500 people including GM exports, in HR and Admin portfolio and found that the selected guys or the Exist people are not sharing their experience, hence, complaints are looking on rising trend. They might be 2 to 10%. I do agree that some people are not following ethics but go there personally and try to ascertain why a particular not selected for a particular job. Might be the company never have / had position for which the candidates are possessing.
The experienced people are having lots of opportunities but the freshers don't have that facility, so please give a chance to fresher to start their journey.

I absolutely agreed to u sir. But being an ex employee of this organisation for almost 1.4 years, I know in and out about this company.
There are so many wrong ethics that they preach.
Humiliates Thier own employees if there is no turn ups. Compel their own candidates to make false promises as well as to tell candidates to write reviews of of what they think need to be written.
If an employee wants to leave an organisation, either they don't release their salary and experience letter or if they do so then with every studied reason they deduct around 5k to 6k minimum amount, also they make false statement in their experience letter to spoil the career opportunities of that employee.
List is very long, I have around 11+ years of experience and trust me never come across a company like this.
I never made a comment on my any organisation but they actually forced everyone to write such things

you people are fake . you ask for 200rs and then exta money as well . cheating people is your job . But we are here to share our experiences. No one has time to come here and put wrong views. we have faced bad experience and that is why we are putting our views to make other people aware . Guys I would like to share same experience in face book and tiwtter as well and make people aware from fake consultancies .

Well I gave my interview in career innovators in 2013. they charged money for registeration which is valid for 2months and if you lose the registration slip you have to pay again for it. I gave interview for cabin crew here though i was not selected but I have something really strange to share. They literally took money for everything for registration, passport photographs, palour facility, etc etc. they also help you get passport and pancard which is fake. recently i got to know the pancard which i was using is registered in the name of some other guy which is really surprising. It's ok you charge money but atleast don't do such things which will create trouble for the person. PLEASE GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN CAREER INNOVATORS.

Issue resolved. Hi all My name is akshita first time I come in contact with a consultancy named career innovators and I had a wonderful Exp. They don't only helps to find a best job for you but also gives you feedback how to face an interview. There is a girl working there named Erica she helped me encouraged me, without her it wouldn't hav been possible to crack the interview. She was regular touch with me through phone till the time I gt selected. And I'm surprised that people hav posted such a bad comments for a consultancy whose motto is not earning 100 or 200 rs. But to give an opportunity to a person who want job.in short I wud say carrer innovators is the best consultancy people can trust on.

Vandana lal don't waste your time and money. if you need job go to airline website directly. .Career Innovators will ask for money.
Mr. Madhok who is the owner of this consultancy himself doesnt know how to talk in english..and his brother prithvi physically abuse the girls in the office...
