Yatish — Defrauding of payment
I work as a free lancing of Jewellery design . I registered at JUST DIAL , MUMBAI. I got the contact number of Mr. yatish, Ahmedabad, from JUST DIAL, on[protected] as per JUST DIAL report as "14:26:29 Mr YATISH [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com Jewellery Designers Jewel D'sign".He had an requirement of few designs from me after a months. I did my job & asked for the payments. He was agreed to transfer the money in my bank a/c. I told him to make me the payment in person,later on i decided to take thru transfer. But after asking for transfer , he started delaying the payments giving the excuses of his cousin's marriage & all. I was following up to remind every weeks. But he never receives the call,by default he used to send msg "SORRY,I'LL CALL YOU LATER".
I fed up of calling him & sending messages to him everyday. I feel he is cheating on me & a kind of frauding about paymentss. I have his every mails & sms & calls timings in my record. I can submit all the evidences of my following ups.
Pls suggest me, hw i can make a complaint about this fraud legally, in proper manner, so that i can get the payments.

Doel Tech Pvt Ltd located in RR Nagar, Bangalore is a fraud company. It is like computer center .They don't have any facility not even toilet facility. They don't have any projects and also no experience people .Don't believe this computer center . hope u understand .Be aware of it.

hii frnds deol tech pvt ltd s a fraud company ...they r tied up with many fraud consultency and they demand for money...even the interview quality wont be gud they chumma ask some question n tell us to join the co...after joining no work nothing just time passing...the MD of the company by name kumar and nandish they r big frauds they playing in the life of BE graduates...they both dont even have d experience in d IT field...they dont even know the meaning of IT...govt has to take server action against these kind of comapny...

hi frnds,deol tech pvt ltd which s placed at RRnagar bangalore is a fraud compnay....they r tied up with some fraud consultancy like regin hr and many more wher they il take money of 50000++ from each candidates.....these fraud groups which r grouped up and playing with the students life.....the MD of deol tech by d name kumar(chethan) and nandish(agath) they dont even knw the english r d meaning of IT....they just lie to d candidate tht they gonna pay sal to them but they wont even receive a rupee from these guys....pls i request to the govt to take action against these fraud guys to safe life of many students who r with real talent.....plsss this s my request....i got cheated by them i dont want others to be n my position .....pls its a request :( :(

Really thanks for saving us.. we are group of friends was ready to join. But now we won't join really thank you friends.. when we enquired with the employees of duel tech they given complete trust on company but after watching the above comments we shocked.. anyways thanx. Almost each and every backdoor company of hyderabad and bangalore cheating freshers in the name of backdoor job. Guys, We shd study well for front door interviews, only way.

guys dont believe in this company.ask your money back.they say they have the projects but they dont have anything.guys if you r not thinking wisely today, u r gonna suffer tomo.

Sai Prabhu — Outgoing is not working
Hi, I am Ravirala Anand. I am using airtel postpaid connection since 3 years with number #[protected].I have no due amount to pay, but they barred my outgoing calls. I am suffering a lot. I also went to Airtel Outlet office at Himayath Nagar and told everything, but they are also not responding in right way. Please help me out.
