Dear sir,
I am naveen kumar singhal who has been offered services by jobishh, com sales team by telling some hot job opportunities with them at nissan-singapore, audi-singapore and maruti-india by on 27th sept career spotlight-silver with invoice (J[protected]rs 8500) and dream job finder senior level with invoice (J[protected]rs 5350) and also taken some document salary slip, client information and education information with total amount of rs 13850 by mr alok mukerjeee. This all conversation is on record as told by them and next day (29th sept) it self i mailed by knowing them as doubtful company to cancel my services and refund my amount. But they told that refund is not possible now and just have only option to continue services. I have escalated matter to every one, mr karan saluja who told me see the services and if at all not these are satisfactory, then will talk to top management and get refunded. (This all on record as per them) and then they allocated a relationship manager who has to assign be job opportunities which are suitable to profile, my salary band. And but he has not able to provide single job opportunities suitable to my salary band and asking me to be patient. I told them where the hot jobs has been disappeared which they told me while selling services. Then only tell about their disclaimer. From last one month i had about 15 mail exchanged for not satisfactory services. And at last i again called mr karan saluja of escalations department to cancel services and refund my amount. And they told me that it is possible now.

I request you to take a note of matter and kindly a stringent action again such companies doing frauds and looting money of innocent people. And help to get complete refund of rs 13850.

This is to put on records,

24 october: i received call from[protected] and someone (priya/shruti) spoke to me saying it was service initiating confirmation call, name is not implortant as anyway it must be a fake name. she asked me about my payment receipt, that was made on 22 october, and asked me if she can initiate the service. i explained to her about cancelling all the services (fake) offered to me and i inisited for a complete refund of the payment made to jobishh.com using my credit card.

She asked me how can i confirm it was a fake/fraud. as i was driving, i mentioned to her that i was not in a position to debate with her. but to put in records;

1. the company names where my resume was shortlisted (as your representative claimed) were all fake and no company will provide food allowance, living allowance and ask me to provide my family photograph.

2. your representatives inisited me to share my adhar card, pan card, also my family photographs, family passport and all possible data.

3. i was clearly told, only after i do the registration by paying 6150, my job offer would be processed. i was clearly told that there is no payment needs to be paid. based on this i made a payment of 6150. later each time i was called by several times, each time, i was told, this is the only payment i had to pay.

4. your desclaimer listed has no relevance to what actually happened. it is your way to loot/cheat innocent victims. certainly must be brought under books.

There is no reason why you need to wait for 30 days for the refund, as there is no service is bein asked. i have clearly communicated within 20 hours that all the transactions should be cancelled and i should get the complete refund within 3-5 days.

I know you and your team must be professionally qualified to loot innocent people, hence i am not interested in any conversation, you may write to me to this email.

I have paid Rs 31650 to M/s Jobishh...for Assisting a Job thru their Portal... But there is no positive response from Team Jobishh even after 4 months.

Now i am asking for refund... But they are refusing... What can i do now???

Today also i have received calls from jobishh for money...still there is no service has been delivered for the money 31K which i paid earlier... again Mr.Preetam Goutham is asking for money!!!.

I understood - "Collecting of money from NRIs without any services is your main job of your team".

If you are not ready to provide service with this amount... Pls refund immediately otherwise i will go for legal action.

As stated in trail mail - so many reminder mails were sent to you regarding my refund.

Treat as this is final warning!!!

22 Oct 2016: I was called by someone named Sana/Hana from number +[protected]. She asked me if I am looking for a job opportunity, I said yes. Then she said someone would be calling me to take this step further but she insisted, if only I can join within 30-45 days time, for which I agreed.

22 Oct 2016: I got call from someone Bharat from the same number, who suggested me to visit www.jobishh.com and said, he has been working with my Resume in the last 4-5 days, and there have been few jobs where I am fitting. As its a professional recruiting service, he insisted me to register, only then he would be able to process my profile for the jobs (He mentioned Jobs in Dubai/Oman for Parada Store, Lipsi London, Colvin Klen, Emirates Telecommunication, Total Solution and so on, with an Anual Salary package of 46lacs to 60lacs plus medical, transport allowances). I paid 6100 through online as insisted by him. (Invoice J[protected]

In 15 minutes I got a call from the same number but this time someone George Jacob called me, though his accent was sounding Haryanvi/Delhi accent, he said he is from Kerala and my Relation Manager. He asked me to share my Resume and documents such as Payslips, Passport scanned copy, and offer letters of previous companies to [protected]@jobishh.com. He insisted me to take verification service that according to him will be done by the professional third party company, for Verification Services Previous Employment he asked me to make a payment of Rs.2050 and for Verification Services Education he asked me to pay 2550. After 15 minutes he again called me saying he has received my documents and he said as he is the Relation Manage assigned to me by Jobishh, it is he who needs to ensure my Resume and all preparedness is as per the requirements of the recruiting company, and insisted me to make a payment of 6950 against Profile Mazimizer for Senior Level (10+years)service. That also I had to pay as he said without this he will not be able to proceed. Invoice J[protected]

After another 15 minutes he called me saying my recent Resume and previous resume are not the right formats, but I must take their Resume builder, Designer services and also broadcast services for which he insisted me to pay Rs.12300. (Designer Resume + Super Express Delivery 3650, Resume Builder Senior Level (International) + Cover Letter + Super Express Delivery 5100, Resume Broad case (International) 3550. After making all these payments, he gave me his contact details; [protected] (International) and Tollfree:[protected]. He assured me that he would be sending me the educational verfication and past employment verification done within 1 day and my express resume will be sent within 48 hours max. he also confirmed to me that I will be getting the hardcopy of the Resume.

22 Oct 2016: In the evening again I received a call from Bharat, who asked me to pay another 4650 against Social Media Profile and then Live interview preparation 5050. I mentioned to him as I have a friend working in the crime branch in Delhi, I would be visiting the office. Because I sensed this is a fraud case and I asked him to first send me the Resume, later which I would take a call. When I tried calling the given numbers; both the numbers were switched off.

I am writing this email to you to cancel all the transactions and make a refund of the amount paid to you. Most likely the names Bharat/George/Sana are FAKE. Failing which I will have to take this matter to Cyber Crime.

On14/10/2016 I received a call from Delhi based company Jobishh.com for recruitment services.Mr.Sailesh Kumar called me from number[protected] and said I my CV is shortlisted in few companies in Abudhadi, Kuwait and Malaysia companies like Adnoc, Kuwait Petroleum Company and BP, Exxon Mobil in Malaysia.He informed me there will only be interview as formal not as detailed like face to face interview and written.He convinced me like it was a genuine case.After that they told to get registered with them.I paid Rs 6150 for the registration.My registration with Jobishh.com is J00159277 and mobile number is +[protected].After paying the registration they started playing that as per client requirement I have to pay other services like Global enhancer, Profile maximizer, Live interview, Verification services, Middle management services etc.Total an amount of Rs.6150+14300+9650+30500=Rs 60600 I paid through my State Bank of India online servises NRE account.Then they informed me that within one month you will get chance to attend interviews and sent a client information sheet which I reliazed then fraudant thing.Then I reliazed that I got cheated and informed him that I am looking for clients which you said in the beginning of the call and doesn't looking for other companies and asked him to reveal the name of company.Then he informed me he cannot reveal it i have to pay a full amount of Rs 25000 after Rs.60600.I refused to pay that amount and informed him to cancel the all services and repay the amount which I paid as of now(Total Rs.60600).He disconnected and another guy called claimed to be his boss and said they were sorry about what happened and because of bad dealings that happened, Mr.Sailesh Kumar was terminated from Job and he informed me it will be corrected and give better services by Jobishh and stopped the conversation. As intimated in their website www.Jobishh.com i sent the mail in they same day evening(14/10/2016) before 24 hrs..On sunday(16/10/2016) Mr.Naresh called me from same number and said he is from cancellation team and boss for that and asked me the reason to cancel.I said the whole story what happened on 14/10/2016 and said to him I don't want to continue and cancel my services and repay my money.He told it is not possible.Then i told strictly I don't want to victimize myself with a company like you and repay the amount.Then he informed me he will discuss with company and call after 2 days.I sent repeated mails and got reply that I will get call.Till today(21/10/2016) i didn't get the call for cancellation.Today(22/10/2016) I got call from Mr.De Souza and had tried to convince me.I told him not want any services and will file case against you in the court and Publish your fraud ant activities in Engineers association news letters in Kuwait & UAE.He was trying to threaten me that i will not get refund and nobody has got refund so far.
Don't be a prey of such Looting companies.

Absolutely rubbish. They take the money and do nothing. They don't have any team and jobs. They are only asking money #jobishh. They would ask you to buy a cheap service and then after that they would call you that it is only registration and you need to pay more for any other service. Please beware of these scammers.

Interestingly after I paid and then I received a call to please pay more. Both services have nothing different to offer. I blasted them and they stopped calling. This week they again called that you should buy the new registration. They are big liars and won't get you anything.

A lady called Sneha called me from Jobishh and rushed me for the services Inernational and national broadcasting services. She promised they would help me in a long term and there are lot of opportunities and she would help me with getting those abroad. Very keen till the time getting money. They just shared a generic list and said we have broadcasted the resume. Now they are saying the service is closed. Damn work. Just don't believe them. They are fooling around people. Worst company

i had just made payment (1 hour ago) for one such job search service with Jobishh. i was informed i will be helped with a dedicated relationship officer and he will list out all the opportunities and help with interview scheduling. post payment they connected me with another officer who says he will help me with social media service and live interviews for which i need to again pay another big amount without which my profile will not get noticed. i demanded to connect my call to the previous officer who said my services will be taken care with just the first payment and she tells me she was not aware i had to pay for further services.

i have requested for a full refund. hoping that they will co-operate.

I received a call today from[protected] on the line there was one guy named Mr. Kishan he told me that there are many companies which are interested in my current profile companies like : Tata Stell, JSW, Mahindra & Bajaj
& told me to fulfill the registration process where i have paid 6950 rupees.
Then he transfer the call to his senior named Mr. Gaffar Alam this guy instantly told me to pay 5050 rupees which i refused to pay as i have already paid 6950 before 5 minutes. then i do a little search on the net & found many complaints about this Jobishh.com.

Note : i have also got a payment invoice No. J[protected]

I have paid Rs 5450 as per Mr. Joshi requests. They have not provided me any services for that amount paid. I am not ready to pay any more money for any other services. I wrote emails for refund but have not received any reply. Payment made on September 18, 2016. Please advise steps to receive refund from Jobishh.com.

Last Saturday I got a call from jobishh.com offering me a job, they said they have more than one and told me about two I said OK. They told me bout services and such things and I paid them more than 91000 INR. They repeated to trust them and so on. I asked them if there is any other payments, the reply was no. Last Thursday I got a call from them that every thing is ready and all are done but I should pay about 17500 INR again and this will be refunded after I get the job, I told them I will not pay any money except after getting the job. I refused to pay, the person called me said if you don't want to pay then I will close your profile and give the job to other candidate and we will not contact you again, I said OK but refund my money. He said this is not possible as you refused the offer, I said you gave me nothing just words. He said we have proof I said what proof I got nothing from you, show me you did anything to or provided me any service. He tried to convince me to pay, I said I will pay to double or triple the amount after I get the job. He said you do not want and I will close your profile and no money will be refunded and line closed. I sent them mail but no thing happened.

Note:- This complain is for 3 reasons:-
1- to get my Money back as I did not receive any service, I need a proof a service was delivered.
2- To warn people to deal with such sites.
3- To notify jobishh.com managers how their representatives deal if they do not know and they are responsible and want to make things go well.

My name is Gokul Athman, Working in Kuwait.I got a call from Jobishh on 14/01/2016 from Delhi number [protected] one Mr.Sailesh Kumar and ask about career services.First they say about registration charge of Rs.6150 and subsequently other services like career enhancement and career review so that.Total I paid Rs 6150+9650+14300+30500=60600 Rs.Then again they are asking for Rs.25250, i had a doubt and and said i will not pay unless i will get any confirmation.Then I asked my money returned.I paid whole amount through SBI online.I want the money returned.

After i receive a call from jobishh.com coming from newdelhy
And after i was promised that i will got job opportunity if i paid for the services
And after i paid and received official invoices from jobishh.com

I receive another calls asking for more money
Then i receive a call asking for last payment (680 usd)
After a 5 minutes i received a call for paying (1, 150 usd)

Even i discuss with the guy why this payment needed cause you told me it is last payment

He was giving me fake answers
Then i decided to cancel the orders cause they are laying

Then i received a mail telling that the 1150 usd is the final payment

Then after one day i received a mail telling me that no need for 1150 usd payment

Then i received a customer care mail telling me that my refund request is forwarded to the team

Then they start call me a lot asking me to discuss the problem

Then i ask them to share any communication through mail

I am afraid that they are fake service provider and i lost more than 2000 usd for fake services

I received a call yesterday from jobishh.com. Just as most of you described in this blog, they mentioned about job opportunities open in several companies over several regions. The descriptions sounded a bit too promising with (Kind of) uncommon offers. Of course, before the call ended, they asked for online credit card payments (Just like every other online scam) to ensure my profile to be listed for these vacancies. Before i committed, i googled their name. Lo and behold - here are the findings. Thanks to all of you. I've saved 100 usd yet again!

I would not recommed you to fall for something like this. I've done before and regretted.

I am registered with jobissh and i already availed my of your service. Mr. Shailesh rajat from centre j001 is handling my case.

On oct 8th 2016, he called me and asked me to activate one more service without which i will not get the job. If this is the case, then why he haven't tole me during first time, when i activated all the service. Which means he lied during that time..

Based on my experience that every time, they are asking for money only, i want to cancel my service and want all my money to be refunded.

I am going to register a case with indian embassy showing the recorded massage and invoices..

Inform me what is the process to get money back

On 6th oct 2016 ; yesterday i got a call from jobishh.com offering for jobs in us uk... Mr. Karan & then mr. Yogesh his senior spoke about it.

They said my cv is shortlisted by them... And is having potential...

Unfortunately i have paid total rs. 6150 + rs. 10, 300 = rs. 16, 450 (Viz. Registration and services charges as per them.) at around 7.30 pm across the call received from new delhi to my mobile number. First mr. Karan & then mr. Yogesh his senior spoke about it.

Today once again mr. Karan called me from number [protected].

I said him to give me my money back after reading this jobishh reputation... But he cut the call now i am suspicious and hence lodging complaint so that's its not too late for me and i will get back my money back.

Last week one of Jobishh.com staff call me and inform me they got my cv and their client ( in UAE-Volvo and Nissan ) shortlisted my cv, after that he transfer the line to his senior officer. he explained the vacancy and package of the opportunities. After that he ask to me to register in Jobishh, com and he guide me to register. The registration fees is INR 6150/- he collected through online and again he explained lot of things. After that he ask me to click various links in their website, and requested me to pay INR 15000/- for various services. I refused to pay the the above amount. and I tell him to refund the paid amount to my account.But still I didn't get my cash.
So please refund the cash asap.

I have had no communication with jobishh after repeated calls and emails sent to them
It has been over 2 months since the registration and cancellation of services the services were cancelled within 6 hours
Their refund policy guarantees refund in 30 days
Since my last posted complaint 15 days back they assured to get in touch with me ... No body has contacted and dont even reply to the comments on the previous complaint hence im forced to post this complaint
Kindly initiate my refund at the earliest as promised and handle this professionally and update me on the status of my refund the mails i send keep bouncing back i need your manager to contact me at the earliest

An fraud company looting indeed jobless employees, asking money even after registration.
Today around 12.45 abu dhabi, uae time i had received a call with name "private number" claiming he his calling from jobishh, delhi & they received my cv for one of job position i applied.
He lead me to jobishh website, directed few steps, forced me to select plan & do online payment of inr 4250, in sake of job i fall in trap & made payment.
Later on call transferred to person name deepak kumar he introduced him self as senior adviser of jobishh & claiming that he is going to send a mail having details of future employee but i need to complete few steps on their web site as i was in hurry to go for lunch, he adviced me to drop a mail on deepak. [protected]@jobishh.com once i ready & he will call me to guide further steps.
Around 12.40 local uae time i send a mail to deepak. [protected]@jobishh.com as i dident received any response again i drop mail on [protected]@jobishh.com & [protected]@jobishh.com as a reminder to call me back.

Deepak call me & advicing me to go on their website & follow steps, once i open it he insisting me to select another plan of inr 5350.
Then i have argument with him why he is insisting again to make payment when i already paid their charges & if there are more charges why the first person dident disclosed them??
After some time he confess on their charges of more then 25000.00 inr.
These peoples keep on calling you from some proxy software, so you cant trace there location.

These peoples are looters & need strict action against them.

I have been fooled by these guys from Jobishh.com. They asked me to pay Rs. 4000 minimum and assured of giving very good job abroad. They said this will be valid for life time. I thought lets take this opportunity. Then they transferred the call to another marketing person and he asked me to pay nearly 6000/-. I thought its ok and I paid. But after that he did not stop there and asked me to pay another 2000+/- for availing some service other wise the previously paid 6000/- is of no use. So being scared of loosing that, i paid this amount. Now again he asked me to pay nearly 2000+/- and said if I take this service, then only the previously paid amount will be utilised or that amount wont help. So I have paid nearly 10000+/-. Then after complaining to the customer care they assured me that i dont have to pay even a single rupee anymore and the promise of finding the job will be done. But after a week again another person calls me asks me to pay again for availing more services. They just keep taking money and don't do anything. I want my money back. Please help me get my money back or nail these people. They are not trust worth. I am the latest victim.
