Hi,

I got a call from jobishh in the month of June'16 and they asked to opt for 5 of their job services and pay ₹21K. I have paid amount, but the service is poor and response from them is pathetic . After many follow ups only received 2 services out of 5 .
Once I send mail to relationship manager, I get a call and responds saying he already escalated it internally, but don't see any progress.

Please refund my entire money Rs. 21k which I have paid to jobishh immediately other wise I am in force to file a legal complaint against you.

    On 30th Sept 2016, I received a call from Jobishh.com regarding various job offers. I spoke to Shweta then Rahul who was supposed to be their senior profile adviser. They initially asked me about my profile in detail and since I was in search for a job I gave the necessary detail which is generally given to recruiters. They told me about the companies they have tie up with and said they can send my profile directly to these companies for an immediate interview(Name of companies were Bank of America, Barclays, UBS etc)

    In between the conversation they asked me login to their website and navigated me to the registration fee payment option. They told me to proceed further I need to make onetime payment and there will be no other payment after this. I made a payment of Rs. 6850 (invoice no. J[protected]. After this payment I they called me again within duration of 10-15 mins. This time there was another senior profile adviser who started talking about profile enhancement and told me it is important to have verification tags on my profile and also a social media profile (Linkedin). To get all this done they asked a fee of Rs. 9850, I questioned them about not disclosing all this at the time of registration. They gave vague answers and just kept on insisting that how important it is to make the payment at that moment itself as my profile was supposed to be forwarded on the same day. I am badly in need of job and thought this to be a genuine chance to get into a good company. I made another payment of Rs. 9850 (Invoice no. J[protected].

    After this payment, they started calling me again and again on 30th evening inspite of me repeatedly telling me that it wasn’t the correct time for them to call and still they kept calling me at 11pm as well. They called me again on the next day, 01st Oct morning just to tell me that I need to make another payment of Rs 25000 for them to schedule the interview. I asked them why there was no verification of my documents done as it was mentioned by their so called senior profile adviser Rahul. They had no answer to this, the female fumbled to this question and said it will done but I need to make a payment today itself. This hit me and realized that something is fishy here so I refused to make any further payment and asked if she can proceed to forward my profile without the payment to which she refused.

    I am at a loss of Rs. 16800 which is hard earned money and at present am jobless. I would like to file a case of cheating and fraudulent extraction of money. They have a registered website through which they openly cheat people. I want a refund of my money which is a total of Rs. 16800.

    There should be a quick and permanent resolution against Jobishh.com and people behind this scam should be traced and put behind the bars.

    Received a call from them today. Asking me to complete the procedure & make some payment. This is really strange. When I asked about a lot of complaints on jobishh with a fake offer & their scam the caller just hang up.

    Beware of this sort of scam guys. Especially for those actively on looking for new job..

      After i applied for law officer job just before fews early today one call comimg from bglore saying that ur application for the post is accepted and u have great opportunities in uae, uk. Ireland, canada, ur employers r ready to pay u more 15000 dollers, so u have to register with us just open our website by name jobishh.com. When opened person by name praveen said to open registration columm later to pay rs6150 by ur atm, visa;mastercard. I just said my card has expired yesterday it may take 3 days to get new one, just postponed it. Later i opened same site but could a complaint of same fraud. So just felt to complaint. Guys b carefull.

        Company contacted me to provide a job at senior level. At various intervals according to him (Rajat Bhatia), I have paid Rs. 1.75 lacs to Jobishh.com. Till today, no services have been offered. After enrolment, they have called me serveral times, for money and stating that, companies are there, once you pay, we will arrange interview etc.etc. But till today no reply from them. This is totally cheating. I did a blunder of paying that much amount because of my emergency requirement. This is hard earned money now, I am facing cash crunch situation and unable to give financial support to my family. Please help me to get back the amount.

          These guys are frequently calling & asking money for employment as they have relation with leading oil companies. But when we get deep into their offers, they bluffed about their hr relationship with those companies.

          With my experience, i am sure that these big companies have their own structured way of recruitment and never entertain these kind of people.

          They target only nri employees and utilize the fall of oil & gas industries. Their frequent call irritates a lot.

            Got a call from a representative from Jobishh named Karan. His focus was not to listen and address the concern, however, only to push to withdraw my complaint. Karan, please check the history of the complaint and the emails regarding the same before calling. Email below is for your reference.
            - No valid JDs shown
            - No contact for almost 2 months
            - Not addressing the relevant questions asked
            - No refund or service provided
            - The JD pdfs were not marked with any company details, logo (i can make such anytime), no relevant email or signs from the recruiter

            Anyone else monitoring this and has been a pray of Jobishh, please help. We together also have to ensure that no new guy falls in the trap, spread the word. Please share your suggestions on [protected]@gmail.com

                The chain emails clearly indicate the process they follow and methods to make fools of job seekers.
                If someone knows the process of filing a complaint or process to get a refund please suggest.

                Thanks for sharing the document with me, however, this is no good. It is a generic information provided on the websites also.
                It’s about two months now and I have not seen any progress on my profile and not received anything positive from your organization. There has been no progress till date, no calls, you have not shown any suitable openings or even called to discuss my resume. Just received the email communications from you which is a part of this chain email.

                Please clarify what does the line “Membership period of 30 working days. The time stamp will start after you receive the verification call” mean. When does my service start and end. Please share the dates.

                Your responses after multiple conversations still has been very poor and below expectations.

                Also to highlight the spellings for “receive in your pdf is incorrectly spelled as recieve..) shows the quality of the services expected.

                Got a call from a representative from Jobishh named Karan. His focus was not to listen and address the concern, however, only to push to withdraw my complaint. Karan, please check the history of the complaint and the emails regarding the same before calling. Email below is for your reference.
                - No valid JDs shown
                - No contact for almost 2 months
                - Not addressing the relevant questions asked
                - No refund or service provided
                - The JD pdfs were not marked with any company details, logo (i can make such anytime), no relevant email or signs from the recruiter

                Anyone else monitoring this and has been a pray of Jobishh, please help. We together also have to ensure that no new guy falls in the trap, spread the word. Please share your suggestions on [protected]@gmail.com

                Hi Swati,

                If you see the email from Alka, its not marked to me, so how could possibly I get it. I never got any phone call. This is the first time someone is telling me that I was not reachable. If you tried calling, why would you wait for an email to contact.

                Also if you compare my profile shared it does not match with the JDs shared. Only one seems to match for which also the designation shown is lower than my current position.

                If this is the service and kind of analysis you have done to provide relevant JDs it surely is poor.

                  I am a UK resident received a call from a number [protected]. Someone by the name of Kumar who had shortlisted my profile for jobs in the Middle East. He then passed me on to his senior profile advisor by the name Mukherjee. I don't know where these guys got my number from. However, further into the conversation he promised me they are in touch with companies in UAE who are hiring people with my skill set and willing to offer[protected] USD including accommodation. If I agreed they would then charge me a flat fee of 71GBP to which I started asking questions and I challenged them with more questions. I then continued and said I would research this at which point the "senior profile advisor" hung up.

                    They later asked to pay fees for their services to highlight my profile and assist me in the interview with regards to the same. They asked me to pay me fees in multiple installments highlighting one service after another.
                    After making the payment and pondering over the entire process I decided to cancel their services the same day even before the same had been initiated.
                    As per the refund policy on their website, the same is acceptable. I have since then made multiple communication with their consumer support and various team members namely, Mr Naresh, Miss Kririka, Mr Rehan and Mr. Dilshad regarding the refund of my hard earned money without any satisfactory response

                    Below are the details of the invoices to the fees I paid for their services

                    2)Live Interview preparation&Dream job:J[protected]: Amt INR 10, 400
                    3) Profile maximizer(senior level)+Career Enhancer (Mid Level)+ Global Enhancer (india+international): J[protected]: Amt INR 20, 250
                    4)International Highlighter senior level :J[protected]:Amt INR 6150
                    5) Professional website middle levele: J[protected]: Amt INR 45450

                    Kindly assist me to get my hard earned money back for which i have not even activated their services nor had the verification done.

                    I have already posted a complaint 3 weeks back but there has been not been any update or replies on the same over the past 2 weeks. I have also written multiple mails to their consumer support without a reply. I was initially assured of a refund 2 weeks ago but since then have had no update. Now I am forced to take a stern action against this organisation as I am in dire need o my hard earned money.

                    Kindly look into this matter seriously and also update me i we can approach the cyber crime and consumer court with regards to the same.

                    I have written to your customers care and multiple team members multiple times over the past month without any responses. Today again I got a call from a lady called Zahara khan of Jobishh offering me recruitment services without any update on my refund for the services, I already subscribed to. This is very unprofessional that you don't even track your current customers.

                      I got a call from this fraudulent company, they didnt tell anything about fees, they just want me to register for job services, after that, they delude me to buy a package with Rs 6150 as part of the registration steps which has a payment method.
                      Immediately after the payment he told me that i've to pay another 9600 in order to proceed with my application with companies ive shortlisted for, since i refuse, he trying to force me, then i told him to cancel my registration and refund me immediately, he replied its not possible, and later i got lot of calls threatening and try to convince me to use their service instead of refund.

                        I got sucked in to paying 300 QAR to start a member with this site and then I found out that they need more money to be paid to get my account setup. now they don't tell you that of course that there are more charges to be taken. I got angry with the rep his name is "Harpal Singh" and asked him to refund my money and he refused and said it's not possible to do so. I sent an email to info and nothing was done there they just send me the invoice of what I paid. I don't recommend those guys to anyone and they should be taken to court and refund all the money that they have stolen from others.

                          I am from Chennai, and I paid a huge amount to the person Razaat and swetha HR manager of jobishh.. last year and they gave job sureity for a teacher job in Kuwait but still now I didn't get any response from them. because of them i have lost everything..and i am paying interest for that amount for the past one year and more than this i can not pay anymore and my final solution for this is to attempt suicide and before that already i have given a police complaint and arranged a lawyer to send a notice so finally they ave to face the upcoming problems ...they have to return back the money or face the problems after my death...

                            Today i got a call from Mr. Deepak from jobishh.com to initiate a transaction of Rs. 6, 150.00 and Rs. 5, 950.00 for the services which their website provides. He said he has talked to my husband about this transaction and my husband has given my no. to him for processing so i payed to them but when i asked my husband about it he said that he is not aware about it. They have sent me two invoices which i have kept it. Their numbers which are given in the website doesn't works. i tried to call them many times but every time i calls my call get fails. Also, i tried to send them mail for refund but the mails get undelivered. They have a contact form as well but when you try to send message trust me it doesn't get delivered. In total they have cheated total of INR 12, 100 from me and after when the transaction gets completed Mr. Deepak gave me call to check whether the transaction has been completed or not and after completion they didn't even called back.

                                    • On 6 Aug 2016, Mr Manoj Kumar from Jobishh.com called me and said my CV has been received by Jobishh.com, reviewed and nearly 10 companies have shortlisted and ready to conduct interviews in next few days. 3 such companies are named as Damin Shipyard, Singapore Technologies Marine Ltd. and Pandean Shipyard. He has asked to register with Rs 5350/-. Once got registered, he drives to pay for remaining services to make sure, offer is received, if not the chances will be reduced.
                                    • Thus he made me to pay total Rs 40, 700/- in several bits of payments. Then he has asked to pay another 42000/- to complete the services to be 100% sure. I suspected fraud and refused to pay further and asked him to connect to his superior. The details are per list below.

                                    • Then after another hour, his supervisor Mr Naresh Sharma called me and said these added services are not a must and could have been avoided. I have insisted I do not need the services from Jobishh.com and he must return my money. He has requested the order will be kept on hold for 4 more days and asked me to think and reconsider. This is due to my travel to India and phone contact is not available for few days.
                                    • After 4 days Mr Naresh Sharma has called me and said his staff could not have approached this manner and collected money and said the process and interview will be arranged in one-month duration +/- few days. He will monitor closely and handle the case.
                                    • Since Mr Naresh Sharma has said he the Service supervisor and all the other staff working under him and he will take special attention to make the process correctly, I have believed him. He has advised me to send a email to him, if I had any difficulty.
                                    • On 6 Sept 16, I have received a call from Mr Aakash, Jobishh.com, Ph[protected], stating my CV has been shortlisted by companies in Singapore, Abu Dhabi and Dubai and narrated the same story as I heard from Manoj Kumar asked me to register with Jobishh.com for and pay money for enhancing my CV profile. When I have said, I have already paid, he kept quiet and cut-off the phone. I have got a surprise towards this storey and immediately I have sent a complaint mail to Mr Naresh Sharma. I did not receive any answer for this type of CHEATING by JOBISHH.COM for collecting money in a repeat manner.
                                    • TO MY SHOCK, I HAVE RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL TODAY (10 Sept 16) AT 3-45 pm SINGAPORE TIME FROM Ms REEMA, Phone no.[protected] and started the same storey as Manoj Kumar repeated. Immediately I have made a complaint email to Mr Naresh Sharma for which I did not receive any response similar to my previous complaint on 6 Sept 16.
                                    • One month has passed and I did not get any interview as promised by Mr Naresh Sharma.
                                    • The money is collected for 7 enhanced services and their services are valid for 3 months, one month is already passed and no results are found and asking to register again and pay money. This is nothing but fraud and cheating.
                                    • THIS MADE ME TO CONCLUDE HOW JOBISHH.COM IS CARRYING FRAUD ACTIVITIES AND CHEATING, THE JOB SEEKERS.
                                    • HENSFORTH, I DONOT WANT ANY TYPE OF SERVICES FROM JOBISHH.COM AND I WANT JOBISHH TO REFUND ME 100% OF MY MONEY PAID TO THEM, RS 40, 700/-.

                                      Today I received a call from Jobishh.com. They ask me to pay 4350/= for highlighting my resume at international location. i made the payment. Then my call was transferred to some other person. She asked me to make the payment of 4600/= for some resume services. I made the payment.Immediately my call was transferred to some other colleague. He asked me to pay money for verifying my document and it was 8600/=. So in total I made the payment of 17650 rupees

                                      Finally they transferred my call to another executive and he ask me to pay 25500/= as final payment. When I refused he continue arguing me. Then I got a call from jobishh and very rude manner, person was talking in hindi and was not even aware about onsite opportunities or anything. I asked him to refund my money and started talking in threatening way. He said money is not going to be refunded in any case. it is my fault and I should make the payment of 25500/= immediately.

                                      I would like to get the money back asap, else I have to go to consumer court or cybercrime cell.

                                      I received a call from Jobishh.com and they iniformed that money will not be refunded in any case. The person seems to be good in communication. However Jobishh.com have refund policy at their site that if you cancel in any order within 24 hrs, your money will be refunded. I did cancel the services within 2 hrs still there is no talk about money.

                                      The company refund policy is as below -
                                      Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
                                      No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express & Express Delivery category.
                                      No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Jobishh marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali and Public Holidays. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
                                      In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team at after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
                                      Refund will be settled in 30 working days from the request received.

                                      I am not sure how my case is being handled. I received a call where person (Kunal). He did a lot number of promises again however cant refund money. I clearly stated that refund policy on site says that if I cancel the services within 24 hrs I should get my money back. I did cancel it within 2 hrs and still no response for money.

                                      What are you doing about it ?
                                      I have been deceived by these fraudlent people and i want to know what u guys are doing about it... these peopl are still operating and cheating people i suppose we need appoint a lawyer for the case or we should collectively approach police

                                      You are right. These people are cheating people like any other thing. First thing I will do to put a case in Consumer court if I do not get my money back in this week and you can contact me via [email protected] for doing it combined. We can co-ordinate with other victims of it and make our case stronger against these people.
