Today Morning i got a call from[protected], regarding selection of C.V for job in UAE. They said your C.V is matching with the Employer's requirement, so register in our Web Site by paying INR 6950.00 and then for arranging Interview Schedule then they asked 15, 900 INR. And i paid all after that nothing was happened no Interview details and nothing. It's purely faking.

Could you kindly please stop #### on the poor people's money? I have a call from a lady brain wash that we will provide a job and your profile was super good that a lot of clients are on my profile who is willing to hiring me asap. Thereafter she asked to wait and another of her colleague will answer for more details. Then a guys answers that there is a portal to login you need to update the details and before that you $500 plus Singapore dollars. And two days later, a guys called and said you profile is good a lot of our clients such as IBM & all well known companies are keen on my profiles. Inorder to connect to the clients you have to pay another $S600 plus then I will connect my colleague in Singapore, he will explain in details. Later he had transferred the call his colleague and he explained than for this two months he asked pay another S$1000 plus. What is going on? I want my money Back!!!

I was very shock what the company is doing, I was very frustrated, angry and puzzle what this guys are into. Physically they never shows anything such as evidence of clients. And I did not get any of clients calls or interview. I told them to discontinue the services.

When I ask for refunded they send me a least of conditions. Please below:-

Ø Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Ø No cancellation of orders placed under Super Express & Express Delivery category.

Ø No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Jobishh marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali and Public Holidays. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Ø In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team at after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Ø Refund will be settled in 30 working days from the request received.

Feel like reporting to Mr Modi the president of India for the fake call & etc. I am wondering what are this guy into and spoils the name of India. They are not truthful and they are not good nothing except talking.

Can you get me the refund?? I can provide all the invoices. This is very ridiculous and this was not a right way to EARN a money. Please be truthful.

I got call from Jobishh if I am looking for change. I say Yes as I am completing my present contract. I was asked to be with laptop/computer and internet accees.
I asked about fees. Told one time/life time fee @ 5000/-INR after that no changes not asking any money. I agreed. As directed paid the money. Then call transfered to Mr Manoj Kumar. He started with my profile shortlisted by some company and then asked to pay 15560//- further to process. He says, selection is 80%sure and only 20% left during interview and his expert team will guide before actual interview. I got suspicious. I said tuchat your first person who called has told no further money? He says, they are not aware of next process. I pretended as if I am going to pay but then decided to cut and close. But registration fee already paid Rs6150/-. When receipt came, it was paid to Touching Heights Business Solutions LLP through PayUMoney.

Today I have received call from the delhi number. I was having doubt but thought like it must be trustworthy like other jobsites who ask for registering job search for 6 months. So I also falled prey for this jobishh by paying rs.6950. As i finished the first payment, the guy claiming name Christopher guiding over phone to pay again for other services saying senior role guidance and live interview. Then my eyes opened and understood I am being cheated. Its very painful. I told him right away i am not going to pay again. I told i never heard asking people to pay for interviews etc. So please be alert and careful. Dont pay anything to anyone regarding job who pretending to be provide services.

I would like to inform you that your sales team Mr Abhay Mathur, Gaffar Alam, Dilshad Ahmed and Aman Srivastav had told me a bunch of lies to accept the services of nawnaukri.com which is presently it is jobishh.com. On 5th March 2016, Mr Abhay Mathur called me stating that I had been short listed for Tatas and to process it I had to pay Rs 15947. Initially I was hesitant to pay later on trusting the name of Naukri.com I had paid the amount. After payment, he insisted to pay further to verify my certificates, then to verify education then to appoint relationship manager, etc. with a promise that within a month I would get a job if not in TATAS in other leading companies like Relience power, Adani Power, etc. I have paid a total amount of Rs 1, 36, 000 (approximately) and now six month over no fruitful result.
I have gone through all your submitted JDs and none of them are suitable for me. I am a power system engineer having experience in Power Distribution Network Planning, Operational Power System Studies, Load Dispatching using SCADA & Teaching. Hence if you look into the JDs that what you have forwarded, non of them are suitable for me. It appears that I may not get any useful services from you.I am very upset as I have paid Rs. 1, 36, 000/- about six months ago but no fruitful result yet.
They said that some representative would contact me to resolve this issue. But so far no one has contacted. I am repeatedly reminding them but no reply.

Searching for job opportunities in India I had posted my application to several job posting sites in India excluding jobishh. I have been contacted by this job search company today (Feb 6 2017) and the basis that they have clients that match my resume. Being skeptical they directed me to my laptop where they had me open their website, which looks very professional. They told me that they will provide me with job search and preparation services. They demanded money for each service. They first started with a basic cheaper registration fee and after the payment was directed to another senior representative. I was later told to buy the verification package for past experience verification. Another payment. And then I was sold/scammed different packages like career counseling, cv support, which I unfortunately paid for a total of 49, 000 Indian Rupees. The last point was when they asked me to pay another lump sum of 50, 000 for senior level job assistance. I refused. I hung up the phone and googled. I found out that they are a scam. They had sent me a mail to confirm the agreement which I declined and asked for a refund. None of their customer service mails work. From what I learned from other victims in this site they do not refund with excuses. To look professional they answer complaints in this site but without result. Stay away from them. Is there no government agency or poice department in India where we can file a formal complaint? If not I will be in India next month and I am planning on making a friendly visit to their offices. Jobishh.com committed that they will provide me opportunities on my field, but they cheated me and did not give me any opportunities. They just looted my money around 15000 INR without giving anything. They were unable to provide me a single call. But before taking the services they commited lot of things. All are totally fake. Its my advice to all people do not enroll to jobishh they are just fake and doing business without giving any opportunities.

My Name is Vinayakrishnan Surveyor from Saudi Arabia. I would like to register a complaint here against Jobishh. I had received a call from jobishh, he assured me to new job offer with 30% to 40% more than my current salary . He also told me that I have to pay 6150 for CV writing and other service charges. Trusting him, I transferred Rs 6150 to their Account. Then they called me again and talked with me more than half an hour about highlighting Profile on social media, linked in, live interview etc. and asked me to pay again Rs 32500. He guaranteed for the job within one month. Then I paid it too.
I was very much confidence on Jobishh as he assured the best offer.
I waited, … There was no response for 15 days. When I sent a enquiry to know the status of job, they sent me my CV modified. I keep waited another 15 days. No one contacted me from Jobishh. I then realized that I was cheated. I sent a Email to terminate the service and refund my money. They replied me that they acknowledged my request of termination and forwarded to their senior level. However I am afraid not, they would refund my money.

My Name is Mahaboob Hussain Mohammad from Saudi Arabia. Below is the summary of the fraud.

14th December, 2016 - Call from jobishh asking -

whether i am interested in a change and i said yes, post they asked me a pay a charge of Rs.4350 and i agreed to it. Post that my call was forwarded to Senior profile advisor Tamanna Khan who took me to the payment section and asked to pay Rs. 6150 and she justified that i am senior in terms of experience and Rs. 4350 is for the starters, I understood.

In continuation to our discussion which ended for about an hour i have paid an amount of Rs.121550 being convinced that i need to avail these services to yield benefit of the previous services that i have opted for. So, as to not end up with half cooked service i paid in full as mentioned by Tamanna Khan

The call started at around 11:05 am and ended at 1:03 pm (Saudi Time). This was all done for payment purpose only.

The next call i received was at 1:50 om ended for 13 seconds and then at 1:51 pm asking to confirm the mail that i received at 4:50 pm (India time - which is 2:20 pm Saudi Time) when i was heading for lunch without giving a breathing space for reviewing the document sent across through another employee of yours named Naresh.

15th December, 2016 - Call from jobishh asking for confirmation on the service acknowledgement response at 8:23 am (Saudi Time) by Tamanna Khan.

I replied to her that i am getting late to office as i have meeting i need to rush and will get back to her on the service whether to avail or not.

At 1:46 pm (Saudi Time) i received a call from Tamanna asking me to send the response trying to convince me as i was not interested to avail services of your company after going through the reviews of the success rate of your organization and she asked me to give a written confirmation of the email stating that i would like to avail the services.

I wrote back to naresh email stating that i would like to cancel the services at 4:34 pm (India Time - 2:04 pm Saudi Time) which means that i am in less than 24 Hrs timelines for cancellation and refund of my amount within 7-9 days as per your terms and conditions. Copied for your reference.

I clearly stated after looking at the reviews i am not in a stature to continue with the services as i have no confidence and may be in future, i would like to take up those services from the company but not now.

Naresh gave a call and tried to convince me but perception is difficult to break and so he accepted that and said ok. I received an acknowledgement from Kritika Dhamija that my request is forwarded and will get back to me soon.

Since then i have not received any calls from the Jobishh.com team and i assume that my refund request was being processed.

26th December, 2016 - Received call from Mr. Asif Khan at 10:40 am (Saudi Time) trying to convince me for about 23 mins 40 Secs and i was firm on my stand and explained my situation as i have mentioned that i am no more interested on this as none of the team members made an effort to call in between which confirm my doubt on the deliverable of the services.

27th December, 2016 - Tamanna Khan calls me at 3:45 pm (Saudi Time) trying to explain that i should have availed the service and by now seen the results and now that i have not taken the services, i need to understand that i am not entitled for refund anyways so it is better to take up the service.

On 3rd January, 2017 - I wrote and In mail through linkedin to Jobishh.com co-founder Mr.Rajeev Tyaagi expecting that there would be some response but failed to receive any response it shows how the organization is running with no response post payment as their interest is only to rob people

13th January, 2017 - Kritika Dharmeja calls me at 9:45 am (Saudi Time) asking for 5 minutes to discuss my query raised for cancellation with one of his team member.

I received a call at 10:45 (Saudi Time) Mr. Hassan Khan who tried to convince me stating that my amount is non refundable as it is an express service and activated by default. Upon asking if it is a default activated service since 15th December, 2016 to till date why the services have not been activated. Mr. Hassan Khan failed to answer the question and said that he will escalate it to management and will give me a call on the same day in the evening which they failed to do so.

24th January, 2017 - Naresh Sharma called me asking to activate my services and upon explaining to cancel the service, he mentioned that i have activated the service on the same day which is correct but upon asking why haven't they started providing services. He states that you have asked for cancellation of the services. Upon asking why are they contradicting upon their statements that services are activated and non provision of services is because of i have sent an email which overrides or stops them from providing services isn't justified. He promised that he will escalate the issue to management and did not turn back since then.

Let me know what is the course of action as a company with terms and conditions defined and are not following it. Please help me understand what is that i can do to keep the relationship healthy. Below are the company terms and conditions

I was not asked for any VISA/Passport charges, accommodation charges nor any commitments related to same has been done.
Company shall not be responsible for any refund or consider any refund request if signed copy of this Service Acknowledgment not received from customer’s end, in spite of 3 reminders from Jobishh, within 7 days from the date of initial email of Service Acknowledgement.
To cancel the service, customer should raise an e mail at [protected]@jobishh.com or [protected]@jobishh.com.
In case any cancellation or refund request made within 24 hours from the service purchase date, the refund will follow 7-9 business days else any cancellation or refund request after 24 hours from the service purchase date, will subject to company’s discretion depending upon the terms and conditions of Jobishh, the refund process will follow 30 business days from the refund request date.

I am Surendra from Singapore and I registered with Jobissh on 4th Oct'16. Mr. Areeb Sajid is handling my case.

I have availed most of the service of Jobishh. During first time, when they called me, they asked that based on my profile, They will definite give me International Job and I have to activate their services which I did.

I availed almost all services of the Jobishh considering that I will definitely get the job based on my profile believing their false promises.

Almost five months over, I never get any call for interview from their client. In this span of time, some opportunities provided by them (I also don't know how authentic that are) which I asked to apply. But still no any reply for that. In contrast to these, I provided more position to Mr. Areeb and asked him to apply on behalf of me. If this is the case what for I paid them ??

Also I still remember that during the marketing call, HOD speak with me giving me star and moon promises but now since I have got nothing from their side in 5 months, I asked HOD to come in picture, I am getting massage that he is very busy. What a explanation !!..

And the most important funny thing that, I am getting marketing calls from Jobissh Delhi to registering with them for job opportunities ...

Considering the above facts I am feeling that the Jobishh as the most fraudulent company in this field having no any clients and just will give false promises. One can find more opportunities than them on internet instead of wasting money and time on Jobishh..

Based on the records available I am going to register a complaint and also will post on social networking site so that I can make aware some people for such as fraudulent job portal.

i am also a victim of jobishh.com and paid 45000 INR. same day after payment done, i realized and asking for refund. straight away they are refused to refund. from 04th Jan 2017 till day every day some one is calling.
the worst experience is every time same people are calling from that company with different name and started abusing me and threatening. I am not afraid with such a stupid people. i am keeping quite because i was working in UAE. But any one is ready to battle in a legal way with this company kindly unite all. I am also ready..

I was called by representative of jobishh.com & informed that specific job opportunities are available to me in Dubai & South Africa. They informed 'Jobishh.com' has already discussed my profile with clients and the opportunity is confirmed. An interview by the client would take place and will be followed by job the offer/agreement. Salary & benefits offered by the client organisation were informed to me. Their representatives asked me to come on-line to register with your portal. Aftr registration by paying money, I was asked to select few services and to pay again. They claimed only after payment of service fee interview would be arranged.

I reminded the epresentative about the assurance of interview immediately after payment, for which no answer was given.

I sent a mail asking explanation for giving false assurance about interview & job and no continuity between representatives who register & assure & those who take over next.

On Dec 03, 2016 I received a call from jobishh (WWW.jobishh.com) - Executive named Preetam Gautam, stating that there are many job opportunities in line with my profile and it'll take a minimum of 6, 150 INR registration fees. I was told that there will be guaranteed job interviews scheduled within a span of 07-10 working days and my call was transferred to his seniors Manoj and Amit respectively, who further tried to force me for another registration of 10, 700 INR for online client interview preparation.

By the time I understood their intention, it was late as I had already made a transaction of 6, 150 INR for the initial registration and job assurance but I further avoided the next registration. When I asked for my refund they simply refused and threatened me to do whatever I can do I'll get nothing as many had come and gone and they had dealt with all. In the process I had spoken to their executives as well, named - Kritika Dhamija, Karan, Vishwas Kothari, Naresh Sharma, Jitender Kumar, Vikas Malhotra/Mehrotra and Pranchit.

I was waiting for a job assistance from their side as till date I haven't any; I came across another company called quickjobzz (WWW.quickjobzz.com, tel: +[protected] asking me to undergo through same set of registration process. When I checked their website to my surprise I came to know that both jobishh and quickjobzz have same address and are operating from the same office (Jobishh, A2/9, WHS DDA Marble Market Kirti Nagar Delhi, India 110015) and I definitely know are same entity with two different websites.

These ######## are playing with the sentiments of the job seekers and by unsolicited means scamming their money.

I had all proofs of my communication with them along with the registration fee proof which can be presented whenever required or requested.

I hereby appeal to the authority to kindly take a strict action against them and make them pay back all the money they had earned by fraudulent so that they wont be able to cheat any other person in near future.

I hav received 4 calls from jobishh. com with different executive in same day explaining the same thing. i have told i am not interested to pay any amount in the name of registration. and then the guy says 200-300 riyal should not be a big deal for you since your profile is matching with recruiter requirements.

i was lucky i have read their reviews online and escaped myself to get cheated. i have received another call while i am writing this complaint.

i don't know they are fraud or something but i find something is fishy. as far as i know if company wants to hire any professional, the recruitment agencies will be paid from the company and not from candidate.

if they are fraud then its a serious concern. authority should take strict action against them.

I have been working in dubai for the last 6 months. This fake company has caught hold of my number and has been hounding me with calls to subscribe to some silly services of theirs which will get me a job.

I'm experienced and i know that you don't have to pay money to anyone to get a job. But they have been incessantly hounding me with calls inspite of being at the receiving end of my choicest abuses.

I was called by Naveed Khan from Jobishh.com Delhi office on 30/12/2016 asking if I am looking for a job change in the Middle East / Saudi Arabia . Then he asked to register first and then jobishh will share all the vacancy positions based in Saudi Arabia. Naveed told me they guarantee jobs once the candidate registers in jobishh and explained me that they have tie-ups with the huge network of HR managers / Hiring managers in Saudi Arabia and jobishh is channel partners with some big companies in the Middle East. I knew some big names in Auto Industries in the Middle East which Naveed also named. Then he told me there is a nominal fee which they charge to the candidate & after getting the job they charge the employer for giving them a right candidate.

Then Naveed guided me to the enrollment form where i had to pay then Rs. 6950.00 as enrollment fees which I paid on 30/12/2016 (Invoice available) by SBI Netbanking. Then Naveed told with 24 hours I will be allocated a relationship manager who will guide through the vacancy and arrangement of an interview process.

Since 31/12/2016, I have never received a call on progress of the subject hence I have called their office and Amit was on the line and he again asked me to another INR 15650 to complete the registration process, i was shocked and refused to pay and requested to refund my initial payment INR 6950 since 31/12/2016 and till date no response by the refund, i have been spoken to 10-12 members till date. All the cheaters and looting money from innocent job seekers.

On 31/12/2016 i had the conversation further with Gaurav Kumar, who introduce himself as head of the customer service and committed over telephone to provide employment opportunity and told me that i need not pay 15650 as it is their mistake that they have never told me the same earlier by Naveed. Gaurav apologized and ask me to wait another 24 hours to get relations ship manager to resolve the issue.

Since the day i made payment and after telecon discussion with Gaurav Kumar that within 24 hours I will receive a confirmation call and a relationship manager will be allocated to me to arrange employment opportunity and co-ordinate to with interview, further, jobishh guaranteed that they will provide job 100%. if not the payment will be refunded.

Ref to several telephone discussion made by myself with Gaurav Kumar and Pooja and Mansi that they commit providing full service without any further payment, but is it only a telephone commitment no action till date, as it proves that jobishh does not have any clients base in Saudi or Jobishh not capable of catering the services to customers like me.

I request to refund the payment INR 6950 immediately to my online payment bank account. if fails to refund the same as discussed will take the necessary step to collect the same.

Since they have not called me for 13 days, have decided to not to deal with jobishh as I felt jobishh is not capable

I have received the invoice of the said amount of Rs. 6950.00 by mail on 30/12/2016 but I told them very clearly to cancel my enrollment & refund my money immediate. I work in Saudi Arabia & they have called me here.

Do not fall prey to this kind of hoax calls & they are cheaters. I request concerned cyber crime police in Delhi team should investigate to close such companies immediately.
