Website: Fraud Job placement service.

I received call from jobishh.com (+91-[protected]) stating that my profile is shortlisted from few reputed companies from sales department guy name sachin (He is a big fraud person),
He influence or rather convinced me for taking this opportunity to avail their services for getting a job, he rather guaranteed me the job as companies wanted to hire me, he informed me that i just need to pay/register some amount initially and within 7-8 working days i will receive a interview call, but again after 7 working days he called me said that company are ready to hire you but they have some policy and need to pay more for the process and its mandatory to pay other wise i will loose the opportunity, for the sake of better opportunity i paid them a total of 1, 75, 800 inr within a span of 01 month on 26/04/2017, 3/05/2017, 15/05/17, 27/05/2017. Dates

They informed me all the following services will be available.

1) profile maximizer/ senior level (10+ yrs) - 6950 inr
2) social media profile+super express delivery - 4595 inr
3) job guidance senior level + 2 months - 7522 inr
4) live interview preparation - 4391 inr
5) carrier spotlight - platinum - 21736 inr
6) verification services previous employment - 1783 inr
7) verification services education - 2217 inr
8) international job assistance senior level - 43043 inr
9) pro portfolio website senior level - 26087 inr
10) international delight / senior level (10+years) - 6217 inr
11) international career expert senior level - 29261 inr.
Total = 1, 75, 800 inr

Initially he didn't informed about these services and when all these services i purchased he told me that i will surely receive a call for interview from the companies from australia, canada, & uae, as these were my desired location for jobs, within 7-8 working days.

After waiting for 7-8 working days i tried to contact them, there was no proper response and also if they responded a few times with negative feed backs and also the services which they promised also i didn't receive.

After all these things i withdrew my services with immediate effect and asked for refund of my money through emails and phone calls, they informed me sorry for inconvenience and they will improve my services blah, blah, blah..., but i refused to continue there services and wanted them to refund there money, at that they refused, i started to threaten them also with police complaints but until now i have received my refund

So please help me to get my refund and also put these kind of fraud agency people behind the bars and teach them a lesson, so that no body else gets trapped.

This is suresh who has become a victim of jobishh.com. I got a call from [protected] - pravin malik on 28th may 2017 and was advised that they will build the resume for me and search / placement contract with 3 months. Failing which they will refund the money.

Based on the commitment i made a payment on 29th may 2017 and immediately i was contacted to submit the cv for building the resume. But the person told me that they will do only the resume building and they will work on the search/placement which was committed earlier. Immediately, i notified that i don't want to contract with them and asked them to refund the money since they are not servicing the contract on the agreed terms.

Post which, i was advised that the money will be refunded but the same is not done till date. My repeated follow up is not answered.

It was kind of viscous loop of fraud in which he tried to drag me as much deep as possible.

I have talked to quite a few members and customer services in jobishh.com they assured me prompt action.

Let me know assure you that i have all the backgrounds necessary to prove that the above contents are true to its actual nature.

Hence i earnestly request you to kindly give your positive response on refund and take stern action against jobishh.com.

      Thank you very much,
      Regards,
      Suresh

Jobishh.com has been a scam since its inception.

After a long back and forth emails and lack of responses, they agreed to refund the paid amount on june 13.

Later on, the claimed the refund will be done in installments.

Till date, no reply from the fraudulent company and no payments have been received.

Their website is operational but claims business has shut down.

It seems they fall victims of their own, or, took money from job seekers and ran away, which is most likely.

Based on the phone call received from the officers of m/s. Jobishh offering their premium services in getting offers of employments from reputed companies, i had transferred a total of rs. 58, 435 (Rupees fifty eight thousand four hundred and thirty five only) through online transfer to the accounts prescribed by m/s. Jobishh.
In acknowledgement, m/s. Jobishh had sent me an agreement on 08th august 2017, specifying the services offered to me and the details of amounts received by them.
Having received no specific job suggestions suitable to me, i had requested m/s. Jobishh to cancel my services and to refund the amount paid by me, vide my e mail dated 28th september 2017. This mail was acknowledged and their representatives called me thereafter to assure necessary action to refund the amount paid by me.

However, no action has been taken to refund the amount paid by me.

I paid to jobishh 23000 rs from saudi arabia in january 2017. They promised me to get a job in uae. They made me a social media profile and also made an agreement with me and they just disappeared. I went to the site for login detail, its just disappeared.in the starting few days i could log in, but now it says me to register.

Mr. Naresh sharma from that company had called me in saudi arabia and promised me the said job and the same evening i paid the money to jobbish through federal bank transfer.

Please do the needful as i have been waiting to complain somewhere else also.

Maybe i will have to send mail to sushma swaraj through twitter as she is the only one who has been looking after these matters.

                  Hindustan time article

One day after deepika chadha left ornatus solutions, another young woman showed up there from that weekend’s batch of trainees at divine kamal public school. Neetu khatri, a 21-year-old from narela with blond streaks in her hair, went through the same interview as chadha and was hired.

She learned that ornatus sells the services of a website by the name of jobishh. Khatri’s job was to dial numbers off a list and rattle off a script. She made a total of 160 calls on her first day of work. Each began the same way: “my name is neetu. I am calling from jobishh. We have your cv with us. Are you looking for a job or a job change? We have opportunities for you.”

In a matter of days, khatri had transformed from the victim of a fake-jobs scam into the perpetrator of one.

On may 31, naveen ramachandran, a 39-year-old mid-level manager in dubai, got a call from another jobishh employee reading off the same script as khatri. The person on the phone told him he had been shortlisted for jobs in three well-known companies in the uae, and that he needed to go to a website called jobishh and pay for its placement services. These include designer resume (Rs 3, 050), social media profile builder (Rs 4, 650), and live interview preparation (Rs 5, 050).

Ramachandran, who said he had been “desperate for a job”, duly chose the package suggested to him. One of the services was “international carrier expert senior level”, which cost rs 30, 000. Subsequent phone calls kept getting passed from one jobishh executive to another. “every time they told me that this is the last payment and they kept on demanding, ” ramachandran said. “i trusted them.” he made a series of payments on the website totalling, he said, rs 84, 750.

Only after he paid did ramachandran receive an email detailing the company’s terms and conditions, which include the line “jobishh does not and cannot guarantee any job or job offering, under any circumstances whatsoever”. The terms also mentioned that a refund must be sought within 24 hours of a payment. Ramachandran said he called up the company’s number asking for a refund just a few hours later, but was told that it was already too late. He decided he might as well go along with the process.

Tucked in the bowels of kirti nagar’s marble market, ornatus solutions employs nearly 400 people who work in two shifts. It usually takes them no more than a week to figure out their role in its job scam. (Ravi choudhary / hindustan times)

Over the coming weeks, he discussed revisions to his cv with multiple jobishh representatives. Mysteriously, these revisions did not appear in his profile on the website. He never heard from a single employer.

Finally, ramachandran went online and ran a search on jobishh. He could have spent days going through all the testimonials of jobishh victims on consumer complaint portals.

Twenty days after he was first called by jobishh, ramachandran received another call from them that caused him to freeze for its sheer brazenness. “[they] started with the same story that my cv has been shortlisted and [asked] whether i am interested and so on…” did jobbishh think it could scam him all over again?

According to smiley kapoor, who worked on the first floor of ornatus solutions for one month in late 2016, no more than four jobishh clients called the company’s landline asking for a refund over the duration of her employment. Most others, she suggested, were grateful to escape the con and carried on with their lives.

Why do hundreds of young employees participate in the jobishh’s con fully aware of its potential illegality and ethical dubiousness? “you think the people who run these call centres are making so much money every day, you might as well make some of it while you are here, ” said kapoor. She quit within a month of joining in late 2016.

Varun gupta, who worked at ornatus between august and september 2016, agreed. “if you can get one or two months’ room rent, then why not?”

                  “an informal arrangement”

There were 1.5 million job ads on jobishh’s website as of the first week of october. Most ended with the name of the same recruiting company: touching heights business solutions llp. Touching heights happened to be jobishh’s parent company. Going by registration records publicly available on the website of the ministry of corporate affairs, jobishh was only one entity in a sprawling network of companies and individuals running jobs scams.

One “designated partner” of touching heights, for example, is akash attre, who is also a “designated partner” of qserv business solutions llp. Qserv, in turn, owns an outsourcing company called trounce infotech and a jobs website called quickjobzz.com, which is a recurring name in consumer complaints about job fraud. Attre is one of trounce infotech’s co-directors; the other is his wife, shruti attre, who used to be an additional director of ornatus.

A network of companies, websites and individuals that make up a job scam

Shruti attre also used to be a “designated partner” of nownaukri llp, the corporate title of a jobs website company sued by naukri.com for impersonation and cheating. Shruti was the lead accused in that case. Of the two current “designated partners” of nownaukri llp, one, naveen bisht singh, is also a director of ornatus solutions; the other, hemant suri, was once a director of trounce infotech. He is the same man who was arrested by mumbai police in may for running a job racket.

Repeated requests for an interview with akash attre were declined by his office. His executive assistant, charu talwar, said that he is “not related to jobishh in any capacity”. “mr attre joined the board of touching heights a few months ago in the capacity of an investor, ” she continued, “but he resigned within two months as the business deal couldn't materialise.”

Speaking to hindustan times in july, the ceo of touching heights, lovjil mukund, denied that his call centre employees sell fake job offers: “jobishh promises neither jobs nor interviews. We provide three major services: résumé preparation, social media content writing and career consultant support.” so why did people receive calls from jobishh asking them if they want a job and claiming to know of specific offers? “we just inform the candidates about openings which we come across on the internet that matches their profile, ” he said.

The title bar of the website contained the words “recruitment”, “job search”, “employment” and “vacancies”. But “jobishh is not a job portal, ” mukund stressed. So why did its website regularly update job openings “across 41 industries”? He said the service was temporary. He also said that most companies listed on the website were placement consultancies with whom jobishh had “an informal arrangement. We pass the details of the candidates to these consultants and see if they have opportunities.”

Reached for comment, representatives of benette technologies and brill infosystems, two small tech companies that were listed as having openings on jobishh.com, said that they had never heard of jobishh. “we don’t post job ads online, ” said a representative of benette. “we have never advertised on jobishh.”

Mukund said he was not surprised by the companies’ responses. He suggested that it is not necessary for these entities — which were featured on jobishh’s website under the section “tieups with our company” — to know about jobishh. “we don’t sign a mutual agreement or engage in a formal tie-up with the companies listed, ” he said.

When jobishh came across job openings on other platforms, "we interact with the relevant contact person — hr executive or someone — and get the email id where one should send them the résumés."

Mukund said jobishh was happy to “refund money to those who misunderstand our services. We have a 24-hour refund policy.” yet naveen ramachandran said that when he asked for a refund, he was told that a “refund is not possible because the service has been activated.”

In august, a month after hindustan times interviewed mukund, jobishh added a blinking red banner to its website saying that the website “will never” ask people to make payments into “someone’s personal account”; that its clients should not share their financial information “with anyone”; and that jobishh cannot “guarantee any interview calls, job offers, or meetings with prospective employers”.

“out of the 160 people i called today, 10 said that they have experience with jobishh earlier and if i call them again, they will report it to the police.”

By the end of her first week at ornatus, neetu khatri said she’d learned the truth about her job. “it’s not a genuine company. They are scamming. I don’t know if they are providing these jobs and services. We can’t know the reality. But we have to convince the customers to sign up.”

She wasn’t finding the job easy. “it’s really hard to make a sale. It’s very easy for people to check the name online and find all the complaints. Out of the 160 people i called today, 10 said that they have experience with jobishh earlier and if i call them again, they will report it to the police.”

Khatri felt guilty participating in a scam, but she also felt she was being taken advantage of herself. Like most youngsters who go through the same journey — from uploading their cv online to showing up at remote corners of the city — she was slowly realising that if a job existed at the end of it all, it must come with a catch.

Please note i have been insistently asked by members of the jobishh portal to make payments in the name of fees and security deposits - which i was stupid to do as i was desparate to get a job - but have not been given intimation of any vacancies till date nor have they arranged for a single job interview as promised inspite of repeatedly raising my concerns. Will be posting and tagging jobissh on social networks. They have committed on various agreements sent after the payments. Now they claim the services has been provided - like building my resume or making some cosmetic changes on the same - i am someone with more than 26 years of experience of which 4 years are international experience and i don't need to pay approximately 1.5 lakhs for someone to make changes or beautify my resume.

Jobishh.com contacted me on may 4th claiming they had suitable job opportunities, to be shared upon subscription to their services.

Following payment, they failed to share such job openings and instead proceeded to sell additional services.
Suspecting obvious scam, i immediately requested a refund and confirmation of services with the 24hrs notice period as stipulated on their website.

They have agreed early in june to refund the amount.
Two and half months later, nothing was processed and they are not answering my numerous follow-ups by emails.

Obviously, this shows they are scammers engaging in fraudulent activities.

They simply stopped responding even though they have committed in writing to refund the total amount. This is a very simple process that requires reversing the amount onto the credit cards, and yet they are not doing so.

This is a warning for everyone to be wary not to fall into their scam scheme.
Just by browsing the consumer complaints website, one can notice the various complaints, most of which non resolved.

                            Users beware of scam.

                                  Dear all,

I put my cv up on timesjobs.com, as i work in saudi and they are giving preference to nationals and sending expatriates away.

On 17 july 2017, i got a call from jobishh.com (From arman malik, maybe fake name/person) informing there is a job offer for me and they are an agency that is involved in arranging interviews with employers, and me paying their registration fees will complete the process.

Now i was stupid and they called at the morning when i was sleeping, so i agreed to pay the amount of 6450 rs, and they sent me a link by mail.

I paid it and immediately they call me back saying that this is the 1st step out of 3 for registration, to my surprise they sent me a second link of 6750 rs, i however paid this as well instead of my confusion as to why there is a 2nd link, this was also due to a delay from the bank in sending a message about my amount deduction..

Now, they called me and i insisted they tell me how much the 3rd registration amount is and he said "it is not something that i can decide in the company." well i accepted that answer and he sent me a link of 15, 550 rs.
I was very reluctant to pay however he called and kept reminding that this is the last step of registration and you will be handed a date for the interview once this step is done. And so i paid via payu link he sent.

I was relieved that this was over, when they called again (Rajiv kalia, maybe fake name/person) and informed that jobishh.com need a security deposit to make sure i will attend the interview. I had asked the amount and he did not verbally say but sent a link of 31, 550 rs. I decided i will not pay anymore and paid the "security amount".

                                  Total

They did not stop. They sent me another link of 45, 000 immediately. That was it, i immediately asked for a full refund by phone and sent 2 emails in the company mail id provided.
There was no response for the next 2 days, i tried the phone number as well however it just connects to a customer care who seem to have no idea which company they are working.

Next day, on 18 july 2017 mr. Rizwan, called me and asked me "what will you do if i do not refund?" and to told me to send me email to "naresh. [protected]@jobishh.com" as mr naresh is in charge of refund.

On 24 july 2017, mr. Mohammed irfan khan called me and told me i was selected for an interview, i told him i requested for refund, not for your service, he said he will call in 10 minutes and never called back.

On august 10 2017, they call me back rajiv kalia telling me the full amount has to be paid for refund i said no, he said it has to be done or i will lose everything, i left my phone for a while and i see like 12 to 14 missed calls in 2 hours from this same guy, i told him i will not pay till he confirms the refund my mail, and he did so and make the remaining 45000, into 2 halfs.

Finally after putting up with the calling, i decided if he calls this much then somthing might be true.

And i answered his call on 14 august 2017, i answered his call and paid 24000 through the payu link he sent by email with him also confirming i will get the refund within a "given tat" by mail.

                                  Total amount lost : 84, 300 rupees
                                  Still waiting...

I have recorded all calls so far and will accept any support to shut this company down. Please whatsapp me in [protected]

I request all of you to never trust anyone that might call you from jobishh.com, they might start up with another fake name with all the negative press but please beware.
