Terms and Conditions of Jobishh.
I have understood each of my purchased service and the delivery mechanism that will be implemented by Jobishh.
I acknowledge that Jobishh did not guarantee any Job or interview offers.
None of the representative of Jobishh asked me to share the details of my bank account or credit/debit card.
I was not asked for any VISA/Passport charges, accommodation charges nor any commitments related to same has been done.
Jobishh shall under no circumstances be liable for any payments made by the customer into any other account except the company’s
account.
Company shall not be responsible for any refund or consider any refund request if signed copy of this Service Acknowledgment not
received from customer’s end, in spite of 3 reminders from Jobishh, within 7 days from the date of initial email of Service
Acknowledgement.
To cancel the service, customer should raise an e-mail at [protected]@jobishh.com or [protected]@jobishh.com.
In case any cancellation or refund request made within 24 hours from the service purchase date, the refund will follow 7-9 business
days else any cancellation or refund request after 24 hours from the service purchase date, will subject to company’s discretion
depending upon the terms and conditions of Jobishh, the refund process will follow 30 business days from the refund request date.
In case of refund to the customer, Company shall deduct payment gateway charges and other relevant charges, if any applicable, from
the refund amount.
Any refund request after receiving Email Acknowledgement or the signed copy of this Service Acknowledgement from the customer
shall subject to the company’s discretion and only be considered if the services could not be delivered by the Company, in such
scenario refund process will follow 30 business days from the refund request date.
Delay in the receipt of Email Acknowledgement or signed copy of this Service Acknowledgement will lead to the delay in the service
activation as Email Acknowledgement or signed copy of Service Acknowledgement will be required for service activation.
