These people keep calling me from different numbers every now and then. While I am sleeping, eating, teaching, driving and they have nothing to say but come up with their useless plans.
Not even a single plan of theirs was useful so I told them not to disturb me again.
But still, I receive at least 3 calls every week despite telling them to delete my number from their list.
And today, their some stupid caller started using abusive language when I told him not to disturb me again.

Today we received a call from jobishh.com. Having its office in delhi - 1100059
Through mr. Jason / mr. Bharat reddy and mr. Ranvir choudhary via phone number +[protected] / +[protected]

I was informed that there are job openings in dubai. And the companies that they referred were known to me. As i was desperate to get the job, they convinced me that i need to complete some registration procedures and there would be nominal charges which i need to pay. Accordingly i mad series of payments through their different hierarchy. I made series of payment of rs 5050, rs 5250, rs 7150, rs 6450, rs 6750). A total of rs 30650.

After making them all this payment. I received their call from mr. Ranvir choudhary and he told me to make another payment of 30, 000 and rs 33000 as 100% profile needs to be completed. Every time they told me that this is the last payment and they kept on demanding. When i refused to make the payment and asked them to make the refund. They said that it is not possible t do the refund. I knew that i am being cheated and i didnt know what to do.

If i can be helped to get the money back i would be very much pleased.

I would like to bring to your notices that your company jobishh.com had contacted me stating that i my resume was shortlisted by your client and they where approaching me, so that i can pay an amount of rs. 7150 and start getting interview call from next 2 hours. I enrolled for the service and after making the payment the complete story changed. I agreement that was sent to me stated that the amount paid is for cv enhancement and social media mkt, which i dint wanted.

From the time i paid the amount i knew i was robed emotionally and i have requesting for refund of the same and none of they have responded. I have sent many mails to customer support and info at jobishh till date and the response has been zero.

I'm approaching you folks to find solution for this issue and kindly refund the amount for the service not provided by your company.
Appreciate if you have good intention and refund my hard earned money which i value a lot.

I got call Atul Sinha, Ashwini kumar and Suraj Chowhan on 20th May 2017 for registration for job in your website.
He asked me to register into website. I registered. He asked to pay for “Career Booster Senior Level10Years” the amount of INR6450 which is registration fee which can not be refunded.
Later, I was asked to pay for below line items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and7 which is caution money deposit and will be returned in 30 to 45 days.

Then Suraj Chowhan called me and confirmed that except above line item1, all other amounts are refundable .and promised to send email.
I did not receive email till 21st May 2017 Morning. Then I wrote below email to [protected]@jobishh.com and [protected]@jobishh.com for cancellation of services at 9:37AM on 21st May 2017 . As per service agreement, I raised request for cancellation of services within 24hrs of agreement.

I do not need any services, please return entire money immediately to avoid further damage .

On May the 4th, 2017, I have received an unsolicited call from jobishh. The caller listed a series of job openings, and confirmed they would be made accessible once a payment would be made.
A payment was made, however no job opportunities were shared hence the service was not rendered.

Instead, it was followed with another unsolicited call requiring another amount to be paid in order to complete my profile on their website, keeping in mind this was not mentioned in the first call.
I agreed assuming the claims were legitimate and yet again instead of sharing job openings they proceed with an unsolicited sales approach for an additional package, which I refused, and informed the operator to cancel all orders on the spot as I do not wish to deal with jobishh any longer.

Within 24 hours I followed up with an email, and kept on following up till date, and so far no response from their end.
Their terms and agreement clearly mention a 24hrs refund policy.

Jobishh has also taken the liberty to create a profile with my name and photo, that is incomplete with erroneous information, that could be harmful to my reputation.

Updated by elbeik It should be known to the general public jobishh.com is a scam, a company that has no respect for its customers and will willingly steal your money.

In my third week of complaints and incessant requests to refund the complete amount as I do not wish and did not use their services - for obvious reasons - these scammers have chosen not reply back and ignore such requests.

This is to further prevent future prospects from getting scammed.

Today morning I received call from[protected] saying they are associated with Cognizant and E&Y and my CV is suitable for their requirements. For referral services they required Rs.2750/- which I have paid through jobishh.com as they directed. The call is transferred another person and he demanded Rs.10000/- for forwarding for which I refused. Unable to contact them over phone or email id for refund. Website jobishh.com is created in the name of Touching Business Solutions LLP and cheating job seekers as if they can provide end to end services.

Jobishh is 100% fake/scam job portal. A the beginning they would say that your profile been selected there top companies in gcc and persuade the job seeker to pay to avail their service that is the 1 step of their trap. I have fallen for there false promises. Where i have lost 100000 inr. I am writing this so that others could benefit and do not fall for such scam.

They called me from the number [protected] saying that they have job offer, but they will share information for me after i register and make a payment of 6400 rs for registration. Previously, a company named nownaukri.com did the same thing. I had registered, and after that they went silent. No further mails, nothing, no jobs. They just collect registration charges and wind up the company after the law catches up with them.

I am Deepak Baloni, I have been cheated by Jobishh.com on[protected]approx). they (HTTP://WWW.jobishh.com) call people to make payments and in return of that they promise job opportunities and reference for longer term like 3-5 years.

Also they claimed to have links with big company like ESSAR, ADNOC, Dragon Oil and top consultants and tell people that they are directly sending profile to company and you will get result or interview call within 7 to 10 days.

There tele caller also told that even if your profile does not got shortlisted we keep trying and also inform you that we are forwarding your profile to which company. and for this ##### they charge somewhere from 5400 to 7100 INR.

I also got trapped and they took 5400 INR from me and within week they told your services are over and you need to pay 7100 (for social profile) + 5000 more for some other service then only they can do something. initially there executive told you need not pay anything more than 5400 INR coz your more than 8 year experience and no need for social network paid service and CV display charges.

There Senior Advisor (Ms. Shweta) asked for all my Academic documents and CIS form documents and i provided all information whatever they asked.

When I complaint, Ms. Kritika from Jobishh told that we discussing this matter with our management since February 2017 to till date I am following up and they are not responding.

It is bogus and bull ##### company and if this matter does not solved I am going to take a legal action against JOBISHH.com

These people are bunch of crook and catching people by trapping them into there false promise, since market is tough and company is laying off/firing staff, this is there golden chance for there fraud business.

I want refund or job reference as they have promised me during registration.

I am one of the most affected persons based in Dubai who got a call from a person called Malhotra mentioning my Job hunt who appeared quite Normal to converse and convince that that Jobishh based in Delhi is a Multinational and further showed me their attractive website and Made me pay Rs 6000 and quickly followed by another person by Name Bharat Srinivasan who made subsequent two or three calls and gave me all empty Profile Forms to fill out and send me immediately which I did.

Their response was again quick to inform me in a few days that there are a number of enquiries for my profile by many clients and that I pay another Rs 13000/-
A week passed by nothing happened except that a Lady called to do a preliminary profile Check and an interactive session for over 30 min.

Following that in a couple of days another person from Jobishh called me to inform that they require further charges to bring the client face to face for payment of Rs 25000 -- Which I flatly refused. The man was arguing and forcing but by then I realised something was wrong and refused payment further.

It is also my observation that there is no Hierarchy in this company and nothing mention mentioned in Website as to who are the promoters of this unscrupulous organization -- Who are illegally making money by committing a cyber crime.

Now I do not know a way to get back my money and hopefully this complaint is acted upon. If all the people affected can come on one platform --this company can be brought to books.

I received a call from the jobbish executive on 30.04.2017 and they advised me that based on my experience i can get a job in sugar industry and even mentioned some company names. There E-Mail ID is - [protected]@jobishh.com.
I was asked to pay for Rs 5350 for the international highlighter senior level
On payment of the amount invoice, i was then transferred to another person who again asked for some more money for the linked in profile which i refused to pay after arguing with him for at least 30 min.

I do not want to take this forward with jobbish and would like a full refund. Of Rs 5350 an when i sent a mail it bounced back.

if i do not recieve refund then i have no other option but to file a legal suit against the company and even report this kind of a scam to the(SFI) SERIOUS FRAUD INVESTIGATION OFFICE with the govt of india

I filed compliant with police too... Please do not pay single penny... I dont know how the managing director will sleep peacefully.. With so people cheating money..

4 months before they said they will settle the amount need not file a compliant with police but till today no action... I am filing a compliant with dubai govt to stop these people from cheating the needy ones and also online compliant will be given to indian police in a day or two.

I have read most of the complaints here but i am surprised why you all not complain the same with police & cyber crime branch. If possible complain directly to information minister & ministry handling the hr department.

I find someone has paid inr 45, 000 & got cheated. Why this person does not file a case in police & court & teach them a severe lesson with punishment.

Since you all are keeping quite they are becoming fearless & continue to cheat people.

Please for god's sake complain to the higher authorities & take hard action.

You know, when i said i will complain about the during their phone call conversation... They dared & said go ahead, i can easily handle this govt. Of india. I do not know how they dare to say that? Does that mean they have the support of present indian government?

Got many calls from Jobishh, the first one was about selection in one of the top companies in Qatar and then 2 more in oman and UAE.

Why such company is able to operate with toll free number and email ids and tel number. Why dont you refund the money if anyone has paid to you for your charges of service and if the service is not given.

Government and crime cell should act and put all those involved in this chain as its a very big scam.

I received a call from A person Named Visha on 11/04/2017 who explained the things very well and i need to pay a registration fee to get this started. then a lady named sara called me told me all kinds of stuff and needed to make another payment for counselling services then again she called me for platinum interview services a payment is required. like wise they made me pay Rs 50 k. now today 0n 13/04/2017 they called for RS 50 k more to arrange the interview which made me think i being fooled and checked in the internet from where i got a confirmation that these people are scam and ripping off money from unemployed.

please take necessary action and kindly seize their domain first.

also the same numbers at last with 212 digits has duped me to the tune of 1.5lakhs.and money deposited on the different a/c no. of deal 4host a/c no:[protected]icici bank..
all of a sudden next hour of siphoning the money deposited the calls are and remain unattended.

I am Ajeet from Jakarta.. I have already sent my updated CV along with the Client information and employment details as stated by you long back.
Earlier, I received a call from Jobishh.com stated that you will receive an interview call from the President o[censored]niversity here... Instead I received a call from your team saying your profile is incomplete please pay the amount of 5000+INR... Its amazing how you are making fool of customers seeking job.

Once I paid 7000 + INR, You made confirmed that no extra money will be charged but still Jobishh asked for 7000+INR again for some other packages... Seems your packages does not end.
. Even the amount taken for 1 hour skype interview practice is not fulfilled.
The bottom line is that i already paid INR 14, 450 through ANZ credit card.
Once asked what services you are going to give against the amount I already paid they said, 'you will have a problem...and will not be able to process your application further.'

Jobishh.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Greetings . I got a call from JOBISHH.COM, after speaking for a while the call was transferred to another employee by the caller. The second Gentlemen spoke to me and enquired about my interest in working out side INDIA, when i said No he said there is a vacancy in HUL HYDERABAD and on making a registration fee of Rs5000/- they will get me the Job through Interview. When i told them HUL will not entertain candidates above 50 Yrs and they don't appoint this kind of recruiters with paid registration mode .. the call got disconnected . let people know about this fraud Company. Pl be CAUTIOUS and don't pay money to these fraudsters .. be alert.. Rajendra ..
