My Name is Mahaboob Hussain Mohammad from Saudi Arabia. Below is the summary of the fraud.

14th December, 2016 - Call from jobishh asking -

whether i am interested in a change and i said yes, post they asked me a pay a charge of Rs.4350 and i agreed to it. Post that my call was forwarded to Senior profile advisor Tamanna Khan who took me to the payment section and asked to pay Rs. 6150 and she justified that i am senior in terms of experience and Rs. 4350 is for the starters, I understood.

In continuation to our discussion which ended for about an hour i have paid an amount of Rs.121550 being convinced that i need to avail these services to yield benefit of the previous services that i have opted for. So, as to not end up with half cooked service i paid in full as mentioned by Tamanna Khan

The call started at around 11:05 am and ended at 1:03 pm (Saudi Time). This was all done for payment purpose only.

The next call i received was at 1:50 om ended for 13 seconds and then at 1:51 pm asking to confirm the mail that i received at 4:50 pm (India time - which is 2:20 pm Saudi Time) when i was heading for lunch without giving a breathing space for reviewing the document sent across through another employee of yours named Naresh.

15th December, 2016 - Call from jobishh asking for confirmation on the service acknowledgement response at 8:23 am (Saudi Time) by Tamanna Khan.

I replied to her that i am getting late to office as i have meeting i need to rush and will get back to her on the service whether to avail or not.

At 1:46 pm (Saudi Time) i received a call from Tamanna asking me to send the response trying to convince me as i was not interested to avail services of your company after going through the reviews of the success rate of your organization and she asked me to give a written confirmation of the email stating that i would like to avail the services.

I wrote back to naresh email stating that i would like to cancel the services at 4:34 pm (India Time - 2:04 pm Saudi Time) which means that i am in less than 24 Hrs timelines for cancellation and refund of my amount within 7-9 days as per your terms and conditions. Copied for your reference.

I clearly stated after looking at the reviews i am not in a stature to continue with the services as i have no confidence and may be in future, i would like to take up those services from the company but not now.

Naresh gave a call and tried to convince me but perception is difficult to break and so he accepted that and said ok. I received an acknowledgement from Kritika Dhamija that my request is forwarded and will get back to me soon.

Since then i have not received any calls from the Jobishh.com team and i assume that my refund request was being processed.

26th December, 2016 - Received call from Mr. Asif Khan at 10:40 am (Saudi Time) trying to convince me for about 23 mins 40 Secs and i was firm on my stand and explained my situation as i have mentioned that i am no more interested on this as none of the team members made an effort to call in between which confirm my doubt on the deliverable of the services.

27th December, 2016 - Tamanna Khan calls me at 3:45 pm (Saudi Time) trying to explain that i should have availed the service and by now seen the results and now that i have not taken the services, i need to understand that i am not entitled for refund anyways so it is better to take up the service.

On 3rd January, 2017 - I wrote and In mail through linkedin to Jobishh.com co-founder Mr.Rajeev Tyaagi expecting that there would be some response but failed to receive any response it shows how the organization is running with no response post payment as their interest is only to rob people

13th January, 2017 - Kritika Dharmeja calls me at 9:45 am (Saudi Time) asking for 5 minutes to discuss my query raised for cancellation with one of his team member.

I received a call at 10:45 (Saudi Time) Mr. Hassan Khan who tried to convince me stating that my amount is non refundable as it is an express service and activated by default. Upon asking if it is a default activated service since 15th December, 2016 to till date why the services have not been activated. Mr. Hassan Khan failed to answer the question and said that he will escalate it to management and will give me a call on the same day in the evening which they failed to do so.

24th January, 2017 - Naresh Sharma called me asking to activate my services and upon explaining to cancel the service, he mentioned that i have activated the service on the same day which is correct but upon asking why haven't they started providing services. He states that you have asked for cancellation of the services. Upon asking why are they contradicting upon their statements that services are activated and non provision of services is because of i have sent an email which overrides or stops them from providing services isn't justified. He promised that he will escalate the issue to management and did not turn back since then.

Let me know what is the course of action as a company with terms and conditions defined and are not following it. Please help me understand what is that i can do to keep the relationship healthy. Below are the company terms and conditions

I have understood each of my purchased service and the delivery mechanism that will be implemented by Jobishh.
I acknowledge that Jobishh did not guarantee any Job or interview offers.
None of the representative of Jobishh asked me to share the details of my bank account or credit/debit card.
I was not asked for any VISA/Passport charges, accommodation charges nor any commitments related to same has been done.
Company shall not be responsible for any refund or consider any refund request if signed copy of this Service Acknowledgment not received from customer’s end, in spite of 3 reminders from Jobishh, within 7 days from the date of initial email of Service Acknowledgement.
To cancel the service, customer should raise an e mail at [protected]@jobishh.com or [protected]@jobishh.com.
In case any cancellation or refund request made within 24 hours from the service purchase date, the refund will follow 7-9 business days else any cancellation or refund request after 24 hours from the service purchase date, will subject to company’s discretion depending upon the terms and conditions of Jobishh, the refund process will follow 30 business days from the refund request date.
Any refund request after receiving Email Acknowledgement or the signed copy of this Service Acknowledgement from the customer shall subject to the company’s discretion and only be considered if the services could not be delivered by the Company, in such scenario refund process will follow 30 business days from the refund request date.
Delay in the receipt of Email Acknowledgement or signed copy of this Service Acknowledgement will lead to the delay in the service activation as Email Acknowledgement or signed copy of Service Acknowledgement will be required for service activation.

I believe we should together file a strong case against this company. Let us all connect together. Send me your email or details to stay in touch.
I am willing to take joint action. I went thru the same process. Is there no law or government agency that follows up on this in India?
Is there no government agency or Police department where we can file such complaints? Or for legal action?
I am also cheated by Jobishh Team in similar way and am trying to take refund. Not enabled any services but paid Rs. 12, 900/- . My Contact no & email id will be shared herewith - [protected] & samsung.[protected]@gmail.com

Kindly help me out in getting refund from this Fraud Jobishh team.
