[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — Josoft technologies project related issue | |||
I have been working with Josoft technologies for Syndicate Bank form filling data entry project. Training time I was satisfied with the work but at the working time I was little confused on many steps. Then I contacted to bank to resolve the Issues but they were taking a lot of time to resolve and haven’t got proper help. When I contacted to Josoft for the same issue, they told that they can’t help me much as they are acting as a consultant and they can only provide project. Was this information helpful? | |||

We are extremely sorry, We can not help you in this regards because for Bank's data entry works, we act as a consultant only for provide you the projects. We can not do any thing if you are facing problems in the process of your project.
But we will definitely try and request to Bank for help you in this matter. Thank you.

Yes, they are right. They can’t do anything in this matter, because the payment and the trainings are being only provided by the Bank. So that Josoft can’t help you in the projects process Issues.
