[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — JPG to DOC Work Cheating | |||||
I this is Rahul from Delhi, I am decided to start a home based Image to Doc work, after the lot of searches in google I choose Josoft Technologies Pvt Ltd, Lucknow its looks like a genuine company. After contact with them they talk politely and send the project details. I have asked to provide the sample images but they denied and ask me to make the signup payment of Rs.15000+2500 Ser.Tax = Rs.17, 500/- (incl Rs.10000/- Security deposit) for 1 pc work. After making the payment they send me the sample file and given the demo and send agreement papers. After signing the agreement they allotted 250 pages tobe completed in 22 days. Facts of this work: Just impossible to complete this work. 1. Each page having more than 1000 words & 5000 characters 2. Each page having 50-52 lines 3. You may be receive 4-5 types of stories with different types of images 4. Some pages of fonts very difficult to understand 5. Some word are having half space & some double space 6. You have to spend more than 10-12 hours per day for this work. 7. After all No Guarantee for accuracy, their error count list as follows 8. The deduction of your accuracy and errors is calculated for whole slot not for one page. After completing the work, they never pay money...Guys dont take any project from Josoft / GTO BPO. Verified Support Nov 22, 2016 Josoft Technologies Customer Care's response We have only one customer by name of Rahul, with mail id "[protected]@gmail.com" Who had submitted the work last month, despite of the low accuracy our company had paid him. The mentioned review is posted by a fake mail id and customer as discussed by the client over phone, he is denying regarding any of these type post. So we want say it's totally fake post, if this post is genuine then please share all signup details "proof" that's provided by our company.

yes i am also agree with this complain posted by Rahul that they have made the accuracy policy as such that nobody can complete or reach the accuracy rate. in 1100 words page i[censored] miss 2 word and again in next any page you miss 1 word this is 1% as per their rule. means if you have missed 90 words in so long project of 250 pages you will lost your money as happened in my case...

this is really a very bad filling they are not even reply how they calculating the errors, i have mailed them two or three times but they won't reply me... i was ready to go for their franchise option but after seeing the result of my first project i left the idea, because it is equally to cheat anyone to give suggestion of working for josoft
