My wife had Immunotherapy session on 30.09.2022. Bill was given to me. On checking it next day, I realized that Rs. 9200/- towards procedure was not charged to me. On 01.10.2022, I contacted day care accounts staff and briefed about wrong preparations of Hospital bill. I was told that now new bill can not be prepared and hence I should keep mum. I tried to convince that lady but she told me to forget the matter.
On 03.10.2022 she contacted me and told me to pay Rs. 9200/- and she would give me debit note for Rs. 9200/-.
Today is 13.10.2022. Every day I am contacting that lady but she is giving me some or other excuse for not preparing debit note.
Because of this mess I am unable to submit my medical claim to Company.
In fact I was trying to help that lady and Jupiter Hospital. And now I am in problem.
