Jupiter Hospital — Jupiter hospital 3rd floor day care department

Dear Team,

My father is a regular patient of jupiter hospital. We have been taking chemo since 7 months. I want to complain about following issues in Daycare department 3rd floor Thane:
1- no availability of beds at given appointment. We come on time and have to wait for 2 hrs to secure bed.
2- No or late availability of drug. The required drug or equipments are always unavailable and procured only after arrival which prolongs time of treatment.
3- Drug wrongly administered- Nurse Seema gave drugs prescribed to other patient to my father. Upon bringing this to notice she started scolding us. Later we approached senior staff who upon realizing this mistake immediately changed drugs and requested that we do not complain further. Incident date: 9th july 2022.
4- negligent canteen staff who delivers food to patients.
