I have to write this because of the multiple issue I am facing regarding the billing and refund amount.
1There is dispute of medicine in the final bill for day of discharge.
I charged for the medicine which were not given to me on 20th Aug 2021.
I went to hospital twice on this matter and discussed/explained the same issue to billing staff(Gisha Siju). But the issue is still open since 2 month and I did not get any resolution.
2. Security deposit issue.
While admission, I submitted Rs.5000/- as a security deposit. After discharge on 20th Aug 2021, billing people told that once insurance claim will be settled, security deposit will be refunded. Insurance company settled the claim on 30-Aug-2021(Attached the screen shot for the same). Today is 21st Oct and I still did not received any security deposit to my bank account.
3. Nursing staff does not have knowledge on medicine
While I was admitted, I had severe pain in stomach. When we asked nursing staff available(RMO - Dr. Supreeti, stationed on 6th floor during my admission to hospital), she said Tab-Cremalax will reduce the pain. I don't have any medical degree but I know that its not pain killer medicine.
While time of discharge, same RMO mentioned medicine in discharge summary, where she mentioned to take medicine Sompraz-HP after food, where as clearly it is before food medicine. This is concerning and hospital should hire trained people in nursing staff.
