Just Tickets — Money transferred but no tickets

Hello sir,
I have booked tickets for bahubali 6:15 pm show on july 13.I have received a message stating "thank for using your sbi debit card 519xxxxxx14 for a purchase worth rs178.41 on pos 70009042 at ticketdadacom chennai in txn#[protected]"

But i did'nt get any tickets to my mail nor to my phone number.
Please see that i get my tickets or refund the amount transfered. Mobile numbber :[protected]
