Hello Team, Greetings of the day! I'm an E-Commerce website user created by JD. I'm facing some issues by using this website so I request you to make some changes in my website. Also, if you can provide these updates to your existing user, it would definitely help JD to grow its website business. Integration with courier Partner Ad friendly with Google, Facebook etc. WebSupport not friendly Website should be user friendly Integration with courier Partner: We cannot integrate this website with our courier partner like Shopify or WordPress due to which If I get 200 orders in a day then I would have to consume at least 4 hrs. to make manual entries this is so irritating. I connected to web support team for the same, then they clearly denied that we don't do it. We have merchant ID and security key put that info in courier website for integration but all courier companies ask me that what should we do with these ids. Suggestion: JD should develop this integration feature in our website otherwise on renewal mostly sellers will have to go with another website no seller can't continue in this situation. Currently I have 2 courier partners Shyplite and Shiprocket both are unable to integrate my website. Shyplite told me that we are ready to tie-up with JD for this integration feature so I believe JD should also go with that. If JD wants they are ready to share anything with JD so that integration can be done but web support denied clearly for any support on this. I discussed the same with my web developer so he told me we can't do any coding on this website, we don't have any editing permission in coding on this website. I urged the web support team that I'm ready to pay to JD to do the coding for integration from its end on my website associate told me we don't provide support like this. So there are lots of things which would stop any JD e-commerce website user to continue with JD. I would like to draw your attention at below bullet points; JD should come forward for integration part JD should work with web support associates they always disconnect the call and never call back If associate doesn't disconnect the call intentionally then why they don't call us back immediately until issue is resolved We have not purchased this e-commerce website to keep it safe in my system's hard drive I can't run the ad in Google, so how will I sale my product Google gave me a link to put it in our HTML coding so Google Merchant can track my product for ad purpose In other websites this tracking is so easy If our issue is not resolved by calling or emailing to web support then next level should be there Sometimes associates behavior is so rood which is really unexpected on 19th of Aug around at 6:00 pm associate Richa Sharma was so rood I had to say her sorry many times to take help but she didn't and disconnected the call, she was looking my screen through screen share on AnyDesk, after her disconnecting the call I immediately wrote please call me back Google associate also on call but she didn't call me back, to safe herself she sent me mail after some time to call again at web support. So Pathetic!!! Web support associates don't have proper knowledge and disconnect the call every time There should be clear guideline if call disconnects between the conversation associate should call back until problem is resolved JD has given the name of Shiprocket in delivery but what is the use of it really not sure There are many issues in the website which should be resolved on priority. Are we doing something about that? Yesterday I had issue, my website was showing incorrect inventory, I called web support 2 times both times associates disconnected the call Kindly set-up a call on these issues in the supervision of any senior authority there is nothing which can't be resolved if we wish.
