[Resolved] JustDial.com — Stopping ECS | |||||
I called min 25 times in 1 and a half month to justdial for stopping my ECS but they are NOT taking my complain. They always say Ms. Pratima is not there or else they say you will get a call back from our end or they say we have taken the complain and it will stop but I never get the acknowledgement. If I call asking for the same they say by day end you will get the confirmation mail. Which I never received an the instalment is being debited from my account every week. ECS department is very irresponsible department. Worst ever experience in my 26 years of age.
