    Had a very bad experience with just eat. Had ordered food from just eat. they first informed that hotel doesnt have delivery and i need to pick up.. i was about to leave when he calls me again and says restaurant is closed. i was irritatted at this and demanded explaination. the rep was so rude that he started using abusive language and threatening that he knows my address and will come to my place to settle matters. He later gave me a miss call from his personal mobile number. when i called back, he started abusing again. this kind of service was not expected from just eat reps.

      Hello, Today I had made online order through just eat for one of the occasions. Later, I have received the call from your customer care that I cannot place online order for more than two in a day with a coupon code. Interesting this was, nowhere in the website has it been mentioned about such restrictions with the coupon code. Also, I was able to pace all the 7 orders successfully in the website which means that website hasn’t blocked me in case I cannot place more than two orders a day with/without coupon code. My amount also been deducted for the same. I have received the order confirmation too. Later, I have received the call from customer care and I have been updated that my placed all 7 orders will be cancelled because of the restrictions (which obviously I didn’t see anywhere in the website). Since I was not convinced with the answers from the tele caller, I had requested to get me connected to any of the senior person. But, the senior person was talking totally arrogantly and respecting neither my words nor my occasion for which I have placed the orders. I had to re-plan the food arrangements because of this and asked your tele caller to cancel all the orders which is not been cancelled yet(till 14:20 Hours, 3 hours from the time of order is been placed) even I have called to customer care to cancel the orders twice. I am not sure, why this is taking longer time to cancel the order. Please find below orders which is been placed by end and couldn’t process Order Id : 1457896 Order Id : 1457899 Order Id : 1457904 Order Id : 1457908 Order Id : 1457910 Order Id : 1457912 Order Id : 1457915 I am expecting a clear explanation on · Why my order has not been processed when there was no restrictions from the website. · When my order has not been processed when the payment was accepted from the website · Why my order has not been cancelled even after repeated calls to the customer care and also even after 3 hours from the time of order All the above makes me to understand your way of service to the customer, unprofessionalism and fake promises to the customer I am also attaching few offers which has never mentioned about the restriction that, I cannot order more than two in day using any coupon codes.         Hi! I ordered at 9:30 Pm and I didn't get any confirmation mail till 10:05. Almost 35 Mins. After these the restaurant people denied to accept order due to the delays caused by your stuff. You call center people even don't bother to monitor if a customer is being confirmed of his order. This is not at all acceptable. Why you people are not so open to negative feedback. I have seen Justeat.in is not taking any feedback seriously. You people are performing very bad. I am going to choose your competitor. Foodpanda over justeat. Its 100 times better than your brand.           JustEat has proven to be a paragon of worthlessness. From bad website design, to a useless customer relationship phone/IVR to non delivery, to delayed delivery to plain old cheating. I placed on order, and nothing was delivered for more than 90 minutes. When I called JustEat at 60000600, the IVR asked me to email them (!!). When I called the restaurant, I was told that they cannot deliver it, and apparently JustEat was supposed to have informed me. Obviously JustEat were planning to keep my money and not deliver anything. I had already paid for the order online, and had been waiting for hours!! And then, only when I called, was I told it will not be delivered! The people at JustEat are SO GOD AWFULLY USELESS, that to use them itself would be a crime. Avoid them at all costs!

According to our research, we had processed your order from the restaurant Utopia. But, unfortunately the order was delayed by the restaurant as the delivery boy’s vehicle broke down mid way. The restaurant had to arrange another person to deliver food.

          At the same time, we tried reaching you to let you know the status. But were not able to contact you on phone, so we sent a mail stating your order status.             I had ordered lunch from restaurant via justeat.in. the website has a list of restaurants giving fake information off delivering food. when ordered i got a call from them saying the restaurant don't server at this point and don't have the menu which justeat.in is showing on there website. They are doing this because they want to show the fake orders they receive daily on there site, this will just help them to increase the website traffic and ranking, but they are making fool of there customers. A horrible service they offer is only what i can say.

            i will recommend never to order via justeat.in. After even calling the restaurant directly and placing the order they denied to take the order as the menu is not avaliable... if the restaurant don't have the menu and cant serve the customers then justeat.in should not have them on there website. They should stop misguiding people for there benefits...

              Beware of ordering delivery via JUST EAT Online”

              Have never received such poor and rude service and hugely disappointed.Apparently the manager is too busy to talk and when tried to contact they just hung up or the phone is passed off to some other person who avoids your request.

              Manager Mr sandeep [protected], Immanuel, Sumouli are the the people who are masters in avoiding you.Have redeemed 150 points a month and half back and have tried almost 11 times to communicate to the customer care for the item to be delivered to me.

              But all my requests have fallen to manager Mr sandeep [protected], Immanuel, Sumouli’s deaf ears who are more keen talking nice words and dupe the customers

              never order from Just eat.Beware of the Just eat !!

              Same exper ...from MUMABI Location Justeat.in ...is a Pathetic

              Never Order Online from Justeact, in even if you see hotels on line for ordering and home delivery


              I have never ever thought that JUSTEAT.IN _service in MUMBAI _ is doing online fraud

              for example :- you see Online payment Option for a particular Hotel ...in your locality... now you select that hotel
              you can see the Menu of hotel ...you select the menu and now you go for Online payment...

              ( Just hold before that ...you can call to customer care and ask whether they will delivery the food after online payment ...and customer care will tell yes sir ...you will get...).

              Continue ...the ordering ...Payment will be done sucessfully ...you will get the Order confirmation that JUSTEAT.IN had recv the Order...

              after some time you will get call ...from customer care JUSTEAT.IN...saying that ..sorry sir...as per your given address...Hotel which u selcted for ordering will not deliver.." what is the reason ...do not know??

              And they tell will willl refund your money in 2 working days...####

              #####Note :- the Moral of Story ... THIS IS CALLED ONLINE FRAUD...BEAWARE

              Tried online ordering from justeat koramangala for home delivery on 18May2014 8:32pm. Website said your order received. But i did not get any call/sms confirming it or saying order cant be taken. After 1/2 an hour i tried calling their [protected] number but no one picked it up.(phone was ringing) Later i called again this time the caller message said to mail to support. I mailed still no update. So in total i wasted 1 hour of mine and also hungry with family members. Justeat is so unprofessional and really pathetic service. i have decided i will never order again from justeat. Maybe others who read this might find it helpful.

              To justeat,
              Establishing business initially is not the important thing. Its sustaining it with quality that matters. And for me you have failed.
              My first and last order through justeat. Order only of you have no other choice, you are ready to wait for twice the time you have been promised (which itself is long), if you want to eat food which is burn and cold

                I had ordered food online yesterday and half an hour after ordering I was informed that the order would not be delivered to me.
                As I had already paid for the order, I am expecting a refund for it.
                Till now I have not received any acknowledgement of the order being cancelled and no information regarding when I will get the amount refunded.
