Justickets — amount has been deducted but I didn't received any confirmation message or e-mail

I have booked 2 tickets first class 50rs (E16, E17) selecting from Gokul theatre, Vizag for saturday, 11:00AM show... The amount 128rs has been deducted from my account but I didn't received any message or e-mail from justickets. [protected]@gmail.com, P. Arun Goutham, Indian Bank[protected], maharanipeta branch, visakhapatnam Please solve this problem immediately and send the amount.

I heartfully thanks to the Justickets for crediting the amount which was deducted on booking Baahubali tickets.
