Hi support, This is murali krishna sankaramanchi I have booked a ticket with reference id bbac1830 for movie chalmohan ranga at br hitech theatre 9:15 pm show. My amount was deducted without confirming the movie tickets my amount deducted ref no is IGADFODNB9 OF AMOUNT RS 442.48 ON 29 MARCH 2018 ATT 16:49 TIME, now it was happen before 3 days but not yet my amount was not refunded is there any problem from side or your side there no clairty from justtickets

I have booked a ticket for 1st April but I have received the tickets for 31st March.so I request you the refund the amount so debited from my account.
