Hi i have booked 4 tickets for nannaku prematho. Money is deducted from my account but didnt get the ticket as message. Thank you for writing in to us. There seems to have been a problem with your transaction and your booking was unsuccessful. We have initiated the refund from our end and the money will be credited back to you within the next 5-7 working days.
We have launched the Justickets wallet and urge you to try the same as it helps you book tickets faster.
Additionally, in the event of an unsuccessful booking refunds are processed instantaneously and the money refunded to your wallet.
