[Resolved]  Justickets — money refund for tickets not confirmed

I am antony, online payment of inr 520.80. With transaction id
[protected] towards payee just tickets from my account
[protected] (Syndicate bank) on 17th feb, 2017 at 04.56 pm but ticket is not conformed and
Money is debitted from my account and credit to your account ([protected]-justickets)
So please refund my money as early as possible.
