Dear sir/ madam, I am paying rs. 501.83, from my icici bank online account through mobikwik on 18.05.2016 movie ticket booking. Unfortunately transaction failed. But amount credited to your account. Again i am booking once again. But till the date i am not receive the amount on my icici bank account. But you are sent amount return massage on 20.05.2016 to my mobile no. [protected]. Thanks for writing in to us. As per the transaction ID 5lozqcxq6pa52rzq8nvz, tickets have been booked successfully. However, there is another transaction made on the same day, which has been failed and the money has been successfully refunded from our end on 20th May. Since the transaction has been done through Mobikwik wallet, your amount has been credited into it and request you to check the same.
