I paid Justjaldi representative (Mr. Mayur) Rs. 499/- for a RO purifier service request at my address on 30/07/2022. After I paid the amount and confirmed with him, he then asked me to buy a Silver plan (Rs. 1499)/Gold Plan, and if i didn't buy it, the agent wouldn't visit. This is pathetic.

I have purchased RO in sep 2021 from just jaldi.com. at the time of purchase they provide 5 year free service and 1 year warranty on motor and SMPS. Same has mentioned in invoice as well.
Now RO is not working and i call there customer care number they are denied to do service as per mention in invoice. They are told to by package of rs. 1200 or 1800 to get service....

As this company is a open fraud and cheating the customers after accepting payment online. When i spoke to customer care, they reply rudely and refuse to refund the amount paid for a product shown available in their website. After receiving the amount, they refuse to send the product what we wished to but and they will give u only option to buy their RO system and they wont refund amount. Its a daringly open online cheating website.

As i have ordered RO from above company and it is under warranty but company is asking for money about 1500rs.
In the invoice they mentioned 1 years warranty and 5 years service free so why i have to pay the money for services.
