I bought a water RO on April-2021 many time to call customer support their no responded very bad services. Don't buy this side Justjaldi.com

We have buy Aqua water purifier on May -2021 and now is not working i have try so many time to call customer support their no responed and drop the mail also very bad services.Don't buy this side Justjaldi.com

This is a complaint against iTrade Internet Private Limited - i.e. know as "JustJaldi.com"

I bought a water purifier on 25 Jun 2021 (Invoice copy attached); All of a sudden the water stopped working. I registered a complaint with Service Center on 07 August 2021 and paid money for the service charges (Payment receipt attached).
Now, Service Center stopped picking up the call and they are not responding to the whatsapp. I have all the call records and WhatsApp chat records that i have been doing follow for the last 10 days, but no one responding to my number. I tried calling my wife's number and they blocked that number. Finally, yesterday I tried with my friend's number which they picked up but said they will call me back on my registered number but so far no response.

I have attached - Invoice copy, Complaint Number, Service Charges payment receipt, Whatsapp chat by JustJaldi to confirming Complaint Registered, etc.

It's not even a 2-month-old water purifier and stopped working all of sudden. And, in the name of service charges; I paid them to advance service charges also. Now, they stopped picking up the call. I need a solution to this problem. Either send an engineer to fix the problem or replace the water purifier.

Sir, I purchased it 0n 7 aug after installing one hour its stopped working they are not giving response from after that

After lne month water purifier is out of order and not working. And not getting response from customer service

Never ever purchase any product if youre living outside metro cities.If you living in metro cities like Pune then you will receive product but not after service.Such a fake peaple.After payment will not receive call.Specially, karan is a fake guys.never trust.record all calls if you still want to purcahse.

Your team is sending multiple messages and making phone calls anytime on any given day without checking customer's availability and without taking any prior appointment.

Last week I spoke with floor supervisor Mr Ramesh who assured that my number will be removed from your database immediately and I will not get any calls or messages.

But again yesterday and today I have got your messages which is really disgusting and annoying.
It is literally disturbing and is unacceptable.

I will lodge a formal complaint in consumer forum if I get any calls or messages in future.

Please help in this, I Bought water purifier from JustJaldi.com dated 10th of june, 2021, through this person name Karan, Mob:- [protected]. Which cost Rs. 4499/- and i paid booking amount Rs. 99/- and then i received the product on 18th June and i paid another due amount to delivery guy. On same day i connect to karan and he given service department no. and they told me that you call to any technician in your city and they will fit, when technician came and open purifier its is damaged item and then i suddenly call to karan then from that day till day date karan is not responding over call or msg.. then i call to company and they given service department no and service department Guy name - Jay Thakur - Mobile no - [protected], Said that this is not refundable i will raise a request for replacement. and from that day service department guy is also not responding and it is 1 July today... So please request you to please help with this i am very grateful for this.

I have purchased RO+Purifier with Justjaldi cost around 8000 rs. After 1 month stops working. I tried to call customer service and registered complaint. But not sending any technician to see the issue. Every time on call, asking for wait for 2 more days...Still issue has not resolved..
Please take some actions against this fake guys.

Don't purchase any RO from them. They will show less price but later you will loose more.

One purchase from justjaldi then doiveesnt g service in warranty period also. i have purchsed machine before 7 days . till more then 2 month is completed there are no response from justjaldi company. fraud company.

I bought Aqua Smart RO Filter which costing 7300/- on 06th JuneI rec'd from Cash on Delivery and product was demaged from insight till now only many call and follow up done by me no resolution.

I have purchased your product at 15-March 2021 and not its not working. And now from 11-June-2021 its not working. services person ask me to pay 199rs changes for visiting. I have 1 year warranty then why should i pay for this.

Install Aqua RO on 9/5/2021. After 7 days its not working.From that Day we are facing issue. We did complain but no response. No one is receiving call. Please take the action on this complain.They are fake.Contact them to recover or refund our money as soon as possible.

I buy the product from justjaldi.com using whatsup. According to me Justjaldi is fake scam and not providing good product and service on their product and providing bill with out GST. Bill is attached with this complain. They install my RO at 16 may 2021 and still facing some water leack issue in this RO. But they are not take caring the product.
