I ordered one powerbank from JustJaldi.com site worth 1900 rs in 19th Nov'21 but noone from this company is providing me stats of dispatch on call, email or whatsap when i connected to support team.

I have registered complain on saturday morning by paying visiting charges of Rs 200 and i was told that technicial will arive within 2 working days and its the 5th day, still no technician has reached up to me

i did not get delivery so i want my money back

Placed an order for mobile phone via debit card in the attached email.the website https://www.justjaldi.com / didn't deliver the product nor is refunding our money .

I have ordered a smart tv from them online, 2 days later they said the tv is out of stock and you will have to cancel the order by email. I did send them email, they cancelled the order from the website by themselv. And not ready to refund the money, and asking me forcefully to buy another product using that money and add more money. It seems they cheat peoples like this, they donot have any product because i found so much similar complaint against them like this. But, complaint will not wotk untill aprropriate action will be taken against them under Consumer Protection Act 2019 penalties and jail.
I have registered consumer complain against them too having docket number 3092070, also send them legal notice (soft copy by email and whatsapp and hard copy by post) by my lawyer to refund the money and penalties. But the legal notice to them is not delivered as they are also using the fake adress on their website.

I would be thankfull as the legal action against them will be initiated as soon as possible, otherwise many consumers will suffer alot.

My self praveen kumar balakirthi . I bought a smart tv of company coocaa smart tv from the website www.justjaldi.com. I paid the money to the product of rupees 9899/-. But I don't receive any information of my order details. I should trying to contact the customer care more and more times but they don't respond to my calls and e mails. So please try to understand my problem and please refund my money back and cancel that product. Please this is my request.

Service for water purifier. Fraud company

I purchased RO from just jaldi and after 6 month I asked for service the product.They had given me the service center number and service center provider ask me to pay first service charge amount i.e 200 then we will send the technician. It's almost month completed but no one is responding. Even just jaldi main site employee just taking the complaint, but no resolution.
Request don't buy any product from this site they all are cheaters.

I have ordered 32 inch Haier TV on 12th Nov. When called customer care on 13th November they said product currently not available and asked me to order different product as the money is not refundable. Again I ordered TV of different brand(Indi TV 32 Inch) spending extra money on 13th November. Followed up just jaldi customer care multiple times to share the tracking ID, as they said the product will be delivered via Courier. I called today(15th November) numerous times and finally today evening they picked up my call and saying I still had to pay more as the product rate is revised and increased to 1999Rs more and can be delivered if I pay more.

No response from staff member..i have already paid ₹5450 but no response from company...staff member behaviour is not professional...They give no reaponse about my order now it is about 15 days...i call many times, , message them, , , gmail but no response

From last 2 month contact for water purifier service,

I ordered water purifier Aqualite having uv with uf.
I made online payment of 3499 rs through ITRADE INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED on 28/10/21.
Till now they have not delivered my product.
It seems to be online fraud.
They don't even provide tracking details.
Kindly do needful in this regard and save others from online fraud.

I have purchased an item VU tv from justjaldi.com .one person named raj Raaj mansuk bhai patel cheated me.before purchasing the iten he said that the item is available ..after giving payment through online .he said that the item os out of stock. He. Convince me for another tv .but i told him that i dont need another tv ..i gave payment on 27 october 2021. Now he too did not give me service to give refund the money...so pls help me anyone ...i compalin in police station about this fraud company...i have proof ...call recording also..

I placed an Order to purchase a Mobile 26th October, 2021. I have UPI references, I found Mobile's VR platform is no longer supported by Google. So i sent an email to [protected]@justjaldi.com team immediately on the same day of purchase. Emails were not acknowledged. Staff members are Buying Time with the words like don't worry you will get the refund after 7 days and try to ask your location and there is a reason behind it. Every new day they say it will take 7 days and i have processed your complaint (Mayur Panchal). They buy time so that that Bank/UPI transactions from the Gateway get settled. They fool the customers. I need help from this platform.

I purchase a mobile and sent an email to cancel the order. Confirmed by there team that order is cancelled but was not reflecting on the site nor refund is paid yet. They buy more time so that transaction get settled into their account in 5-7 days. All team members fool customers. Everyone says refund will come in 7 days. But they don't reply to emails and don't provide reference numbers. Instead they think people don't have time to get their hard earned money back. But consumercomplaints could help.

I have orderd an item VU TV in justjaldi compnay. I have already paid the amount. But they did not cancel the item as the item is out of stock.now i refund the amount ... How i can take action against the company...pls help me anyone...

They represent themselves as Aqua guard, when you will see closely you will see Aqua grand . The cheating starts from here . Some how I was lure to try the product and I also felt in the trap to trusting these fraud/criminals.

They showed something else, installed something else, extort money and the product also started giving trouble in one month . There service number not available, the peoples number not reachable showing that they are professional fraud & cheat.

I don't know how these people operate their business and are not afraid of police or administration. They all should be jailed for conducting fraud and cheating people.

Its not a concern about a small amount of product we buy... Its a concern that how, once the product is sold how casual service we get ...

I have buyed a aqua grand purifier product in the month of May 2021. In Oct the motor and pump was not operating if called customer care just jaldi.com they align a technician after a week, the technician was demanding money although on electronic component I have a warranty for 1 year.. After taking to one of his manager on phone the told they will align another technician who will come and replace the defective product.. Now since 3 days I am calling, but every person related to just jaldi from operation to servicing department are answering very casually... I demand a resolution or else I am planning to step ahead at consumer fourm to file a complaint. I have a original receipt where it is clearly stated warranty on electronic product..
