Actually i have recharged my reliance jio mobile phone on 02.04.2018 fro rs. 399 through my rupay card account and such amount was also deducted from my saving account but my reliance jio phone had been recharged with such amount yet. I was recharging from dishtv website.. my money got debited but payment was failure. so when will I get my money back.. when I saw transaction details it got justrecharge transaction number so i m writing to you.. I wrote this to dishtv as well my concern is when will I get my money back
