Dear sir, i'm regular customer o[censored]sing your service... Just recharge it was really working good for online bill payments. But i'm very sad to inform you that from past 3 to 4 times i have come across with fraud activities. Recently on 12/5/18 i recharged rs. 148/- to tata docomo number and rs.509/- to vodafone number on 18/5/18. Amount has been deducted from the account but failed to get recharge. DR[protected], this my order number .I asked for refund the money on 15 May still now I didn't got Amy reply from Jri, and now it is 7 day, how fraud this just recharge it services, even I didn't got reply from then it's n it a 100 or 200 I paid 1799 rupees, we know the value of money, by evening I want my money in my account .

I had processed a payment for my Tata Sky for Rs 2000 through my Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card today vide Order No MR[protected] dated 24 May 18 however same was regretted by JRI Card Panel. It is therefore requested that my amount of Rs 2000 be refunded to my bank earliest.
