I booked a chimney deep cleaning service by calling on KAFF customer care [protected]. Engineer name Punit holds a KAFF I card visited my place and identified some more issues in the chimney which was costing me around Rs 2800 so he suggested to go for 3 years AMC contract in Rs 5200 which will cover all spare parts along with 6 deep cleaning service. I opt this option and do the payment then he took my chimney with him and reinstalled in 2 days with all fixed and deep clean. Now from that I noticed my chimney started getting black and sounding like tractor start stopping. I tried to approach the same engineer by calling on this number but no response then I tried to call on service center number mentioned on invoice he is also not responding. Finally, I tried to raise the issue on KAFF customer care, they are saying this service center is not authorized and they have no idea about it. When I ask for call recording for the day when I booked this service by calling on KAFF toll free number they are not responding even. Can anyone tell me what can be done they have taken my hard-earned money
