Kaff — Installation not yet done

i have purcharesed the kaff chumney from the chroma showroom on[protected] from pune road, bodhale nagar, nashik. And has been delivered on[protected] still nobody reached to my place to install the chumney.

Now the colling period is over and in application its showing replacement period over. If somebody come to install and found that the product is damaged then who will responsible. Still i am following up with the kaff people as well as chroma sales person from whom i got this product
