Karnataka RDPR — E-Swathu and PDO behaviour is not good with people

I am a resident of Mangavati village under Kagwad Taluk, Belagavi Dist, Pincode 591242, Karnataka.

I have applied for E-Swathu on 11 Nov 2019. the survey has been completed on 03 Jan 2021 by the government surveyor and he has uploaded the E Swathu document on the same day. but PDO is not giving my E Swathu document by saying there is a technical issue from the last 3 months. I am visiting gram panchayat on an average of 4-days a week still PDO saying the same reason. most of the time he is not available in the office saying he has a meeting and they are very careless regarding any work and never value other people's time. PDO acts like he knows everything and we should not ask any questions to him.
he doesn't know the meaning of "professionalism". all the people are facing the same issue here. even for small paperwork, people have to visit 10 times.

For every new property registration, they will take money from peoples.
