Karnataka RDPR — Mutation status for plot unclear even after 6 months of application submission

Respected sir,

I have submitted application for mutation of the property situated at Mutaga village, Belagavi. In February month of 2021. And I see still there is no status on the mutation. I have been to gram panchayat office of Mutaga, and queried about the status. But there is no proper response from the office staff. So I wanted to file complaint on the gram panchayat Mutaga, Belagavi. For not providing the proper response. And unethical behaviour.
