Karnataka RDPR — Receipt not provided for online payment of property tax

I have paid my property tax online through Bapuji seva kendra website, I have just received the message for transaction but no receipt, The helpdesk of website is not providing the receipt after several follow ups and when visited the panchayat office they say for online paid taxes their system is not updated with these records, I don't know how to get it resolved. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
