Karrm Infrastructure — Possession and loan fraud

Hi, I own a flat in Karrm Panchtatva phase III, as all knows the builder has done a fraud with all customers, I had booked a flat in March 2016 still my possession in pending and after two years I meant to know that they have taken a loan by aspire finance (Motilal Oswal) by mortgaging our flats and not paying it back which has affected our cibil badly that we can't buy anything on loan and after that they had also taken a home loan which they were about to pay under subvention scheme and they stopped in between so it had to paid by us cause not to affect our cibil more. They have even stopped the construction too and closed the office and no contact no. too. These are the complaints against Karrm Infrastructure can it be resolved atleast can the cibil issue be solved through from Motilal Oswal as we are not bound to pay cause the loan signature was taken by us fraudly by telling it's a home loan.
