Karshni Solution — Harassment and non-activation of airtel sim after porting the number

I received a call regarding transfer of my number (Vodafone postpaid) to Airtel post paid. They said that i need to submit the documents and they will send the representative for that from Karshni Solutions. I gave my documents (Address proof and pan card, one photograph AND Rs.250) on 20/10/2015. They provided me the Karshni Solution Slip (receipt no. 27605-attached) and the new Airtel Sim. The representative told me that my number will be ported in to airtel within 7 days. But after 7 days when my number doesn't get port in to airtel, I called them and that too a dozen times as they were not responding.At last, I went to a near by Airtel Store(Sector 49, Vatika Business Park) on 28/10/2015, there I found that my request has been cancelled by airtel because of address not verified.Then I asked the manager there at Airtel Store to help me in this matter as the people in Karshni Solutions were not responding to me. So he himself called and spoke to them.And I was told to submit all the documents again as Karshni Solutions people gave an incorrect address for verification and that's why it was not verified.
So I submitted all the documents again and they told me that it will took another 7 days for the number to port in, I said OK. Thus after having to do so many follow-ups with them, finally I got the message that 'My number will get port in to airtel at 22:00:00' on 4/11/2015.

At 22:00:00 on 4/11/2015 my Vodafone postpaid SIM stopped working, after half an hour I tried the Airtel postpaid SIM given by KARSHNI SOLUTION but it was not working as well.I tried the phone switch on-off several times during the whole night but it didn't worked.Hence in the morning yesterday, I called them and said that any of my SIM is not working and it is very problematic for me as I am now out of contact to everyone.So for the whole day yesterday I called them atleast 40 times but either they don't receive the call or whenever they receive, there is no proper response/they disconnect the call in between..
I don't know what to do now...I am feeling harassed as in the last few days I have called around 100 times to the people working there .They use to receive call only after until and unless someone call them 5-6 times.It is so much frustrating for me as my number is being OFF for last two days and I am not getting any response from KARSHNI SOLUTION.
I am guilty that why I chose such a fraud and cheater company, these type of companies should be banned/closed immediately who use to play with customer sentiments.I would like share one of the experience I had with these frauds.In the evening yesterday, I called on their number and usually (I used to for it) after calling them 4-5 times, somebody picked my call...I asked her that I want to speak to Arti(to whom I had previous talks with), so she just asked me to hold the line and calls Arti(I was listening all this in background) and Arti told her to say to the customer(me) that 'main yahan Nahi hun...', I heard clearly all this, so I shouted at her...What is all this !! then she just disconnected the call. So these people have this kind of response towards the customer and to this person 'Arti', I was calling since yesterday morning that my number is not working.This is really pathetic and irritating.

I am sharing the numbers of people working at Karshni solutions whom I have called along with names(which I know), please do the needful as early as people, as my above number is not working on either SIM as of now (Vodafone and Airtel) so I am in big trouble.
