Karvy — Closure cum transfer request from Karvy to Zerodha | |
Sir/Mam, We have initiated a closure cum transfer request on 22nd Dec 2020 from Karvy to Zerodha. The speed-post of all the required documents (CMR, Portfolio, closure form, duly signed pan card, aadhaar card) was sent on 22nd Dec 2020 to your headquarters address 'Karvy Stock Broking Limited, 46, Avenue 4, Street No. 1, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034'. The speed post (India post: EG[protected]IN) was delivered to your Banjara hills office on 24th Dec 2020. We have mailed you on 5th Jan 2021 regarding the same but no reply has been received yet. It takes 3-5 days to close and transfer the holdings but it's been more than 20 days now and we haven't received the holdings yet in our mentioned Zerodha account. Kindly transfer it as soon as possible. If we don't receive the reply within 1 week then we will escalate the matter to SEBI.
