I have purchased 100 shares of Bank of Baroda n 300 shares of Yes Bank through your company in financial year 2018-19 n[protected]. Above mentioned shares are lying in your company Pool a/c instead of my dmat a/c.So I request you please transfered the above shares in my Dmat a/c in Kotak Bank DP ID no.--IN300214 n Client ID ( DP) no. 26331108 as earliest. Futher I request you please provide me purchase date n rate of above mentioned shares ( full details required). immediately.The above information is not providing to me by your Lucknow Reginal office.
