Purchased an air cooler last year and when started to use this year everything stopped. Fan / water pump / swing.
Technician visited my place and inspected it.
Almost 3 weeks passed he did not returned back with the new parts.
I am now totally frustrated with this so called brand kelvinator.
Dont know when they cant handle after sales service why they sell products, i think just to make one time money and no customer relationship.
I wish this email / feedback goes to the higher level and hope some action will be taken.

      I purchased single door refrigerator model no. Refkcp324bh f. No.[protected] on dt.7-4-2013 from malik cycle works. But i am sorry to say mo body has come to install the same at my home nor come to tell the function of fridge n several times the same told to ravinder malik owner of shop and he always assure i am coming but 5 years has been lapse no body has come. Since the day it was purchased the beeding of fridge door was loose as a result the door was not closed properly and the same complaint was made to shopkeeper and he send a man through service centre but nothing has been done except charging of service charges. He said that beeding is out of stock n it will not come as single door fridge manufacturing is closed. I want to know the company has not the part of this fridge/or solve the problem of mine.           Hi,

          The belief that customer is right sometimes seems to be lost in the transition you guys made in my life. My parents used kelvinator for 20+ years and trust me you, the quality of products and services have deteriorated a lot since the golden old age.
          I will begin my plight with the following

          This is second time my pcb went off in last three months. Last time i had to wait for 1+ month to get it rectified and this time the agent have visited my place 5times with different excuses.

          Your customer care executive is almost clueless about the problem. I had a word with the zonal manager (As he quoted) with no timeline again. I want to ask few things.

          1. Is customer satisfaction really not of any importance to you fellows. Cause being from the service industry i can see how much your company values it. Alas. Answer from my side would be - not at all.

          2. You "claim", that your part is in warranty and we do care about happy customers as stated in your company mission. But there is no use of such warranty if customer has to resort to other measures and shell out money cause of delay from your end.

          3. At what time do you consider to replace the product cause if your pcbs are getting fused everytime you try to change it, then sorry to break the ice boss, you are just wasting your time and specially mine.

          4. Have you considered that there are others who have to be at work and cannot be available at home at your liberty (Though this never happened but non compliance to timelines pisses people off)

          5. To the already sinking brand. I think i did a blunder imparting my trust in you guys. Don't know whether i will be joyous out the outcome of spending few mins to resort to write the complain on the public forum or will repent it due to negligence from your part.

          In edtech sector we generally pay heed to the customers cause competition out there is fierce. Don't know much about electronics industry. Guess i will learn it the hard way.

          Please don't send anyone who does fake promises and provides no solution just for the heck of leaving the premises and totally forgetting the commitments made.

          A replacement for the same would gain some trust but i guess that's just a tad bit of positiveness in believing that it could happen from my side.

                Sir, i have purchased the kelvinitor refrigrator model no kw-203 serial no[protected] on 04 apr 2017. After installation of fridge after six months the refrigerator is making loud noice contineously. First complaint i lodged on 11/10/2017 for this problem they have changed some part of refrigerator but then also problem of refrigerator has not been solved. After that i have repeatedly raised complaint on telephonic ally but no body is attending my complaint. Your company is well reputed hence i have purchased the refrigerator of kelvinitor.
                You are requested to look in to the matter and problem of refrigerator may be solved at the earliest. The copy of bill is enclosed for your kind perusal.

                  I have purchased the kelvinator fridge on 30/09/2017 but when i opened the fridge, it wouldn't work. The fridge cooling is not working. I complain to the shopkeeper 'jayanti sales' where i buy the fridge. They came and said that fridge gas is not working. They filled the gas but still my fridge is not working. I again complain the shopkeeper, but they show no response. Now i am complaining you about my problem please take some action.

                    Dear all,

                    With this application, i want to bring this to everyone's notice about the "worst customer experience, service and satisfaction" which kelvinator can ever provide to their customers.

                    To start with, i am not sure how much kelvinator is concerned about customer experience, service and satisfaction.

                    Finally, i have pushed to an extent which is making me write this email and switching to other brand. This email would not only include the service which you have provided but also the way of doing business and looking at things by such a huge organization. I have been using your products for so many years. But i guess i should look for some better alternatives, may be because of the "worst customer service" which kelvinator has given me.

                    As everyone says, in today's world the quality of services goes equally down when the quantity of people consuming those services goes high.

                    It is the approx. 15th time in a row that i have to call kelvinator customer care office repeatedly for more than a month before the problem gets addressed, to add to my agony, whenever i call the customer care office, i get to know that my service request status is resolved without the issue being addressed at all. I don’t understand as to how you can consider an issue to be resolved when the person who is supposed to be fixing it does not even do anything.

                    As i purchased a new kelvinator electric kettle 1.8 liter - 18s1 invoice number 79 from dated : 10th oct 2017 by m/s vijay enterprises sanjay place agra, contact number [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com with ticket number upho16101790kk061, with 2 years warranty and was given options for glen or kelvinator. The sales pitch was you can boil eggs and can made maggi and noodles as well in the kettle by m/s vijay enterprises.

                    The kettle started burning milk and made the base of the kettle black as attached are the images, i was told to m/s. Vijay enterprises agra, asked to leave the kettle at his shop and spoke with the kelvinator toll free number [protected] that kettle is not serviced at the door of the customer so need to leave the kettle at distributors end. And was referred to send what’s app and images at kelvinator what’s app number [protected], hence did the same and was now told on what’s app that would get a call directly to me within 48 hrs. By customer care people.

                    Waited no respond from anywhere hence the technician visited to dealer shop and returned as the kettle was not delivered to him because i was told that i would get a call…. Later they went on deepawali holidays stating that these days we are very busy and posting the query to 23rd oct 2017. 25th or 26th when i started following up on customer care toll free the supervisor or agent was not ready to let me speak to any senior person and told that we are working on it. Nothing happened and finally i got the answered from m/s vijay enterprises that technician visited stating that it’s not burnt its working properly and we cannot do anything.
                    I got reference of mr. Mayank malhotra area manager agra contact number: [protected] got a run around for another couple of days and hence forwarded me a number of service head mr. Ashok contact number [protected] who sits in ghaziabad. Spoken to me and said that you cannot boil milk in kettle and hence kettle is not meant for boiling milk. A service head stating such statement and distributors statement clashes wherein it’s nowhere mention in the catalogue that water can be boiled and not milk.
                    Hence, i asked to send me a written email stating the same …. Since then mr. Ashok or stop responding. Mr. Mayank said he cannot help nobody is listening to him as he is also fed up of the organization as not responding to the issues.

                    Kelvinator fixed line no. [protected] and whats app no. [protected] is not responding appropriately and giving a run around since dated ………. For which i filed a service request with kelvinator customer care office, ticket number upho16101790kk061, however, the problem was not fixed and when i called the customer care office again, i learned that my ticket has been transferred for a longer duration as the service engineer who was supposed to fix the issue. Which actually was not the case as my kettle has not been replaced. So i spoke to some agent (Which of course was not on direct payroll of kelvinator and was in some outsourced call center) and then spoke to executive and tried to explain the situation. He assured me that the issue will be taken on priority and will be fixed asap. But i guess kelvinator does not believe is meeting their commitments and the problem was not fixed on the next day as well.

                    Now i have full confidence in kelvinator’s moto, which is “let the customer suffer for the mistake that they made by subscribing to kelvinator services.”
                    I tried calling the nodal officer but to no help, the phone kept on ringing on friday and i guess no one was there to answer the phone or did not want to answer the phone. I think if my complaint is un-resolved for more than 4 days, other would also be facing the same problem and are being harrased by your customer care office. I guess this is the way you have decided to do business (Correct me if i am wrong).

                    I have been with kelvinator for more than years now, not because i did not like any other brand but because i never expected this kind of pathetic service by this big company. I think now the time has come where i, including at least hundreds of people need to change their mind because of the services which myself and they have been getting over a period of time. There have been many instances where i did not get service that should be provided to a customer and now when i am done dealing with you people would want you to please discontinue my kelvinator fixed line connection remove me from your systems because your system, policies, procedures, services, way of doing business and looking at things is getting worst day by day.

                    I know that loss of a hundred customers would not make any difference to your sales and marketing team because companies here do not understand the two most important words to run the business, providing exceptional "customer service" and i would certainly try to see if other leading companies do or do not understand it.

                    With this, i pen down and say my final bye to kelvinator!!! I wish a great future for your company and if given a chance if kelvinator succeed in future, would for sure want to learn the ways of running a business without satisfying their customers!!

                      This is regarding our kelvinator refrigerator which has stopped cooling, we contacted to the service provider of kelvinator the very first day he came and took 500rs in advance and did nothing then after making a lot of calls he came after 50-55 days of constant reminding he verified the refrigerator and took the compressor with him then he stopped recieving our calls and then after calling him from other number he came after 40-45 days and changed the compressor and gas and charged us with 4, 000rs even after that our refrigerator is not cooling and after calling the centre they say tomorrow every time and still our refrigerator is unfixed and they make lame excuses every time. We have spent 4, 500 rs for just nothing yet and this is extremely irresponsible, careless and ignorant from your part.
                      This is disgraceful, fraud and unprofessional behaviour please have a check on it.

                        My brand new "kelvinator" washing machine model name - sparta, is not working and service person is not responding me from 3 month's. Since august 03/08/17 my complaint is not solved. And they are giving me excuse that company is not having your spare part. I've already complaint to kelvinator service asi - sunil gorecha his number is below [protected]. But he is also not responding me. I've bought new kelvinator washing machine of amount 20, 869.57 and i've used 6 month's and now it's not working. Hope my complaint will be solved soon.

                          I have bought a kelvinator double door fridge from nandilath gmart koyilandy kerala.. After 2 months fridge started showing defects.. And we called the kelvinator office and they came and repaired.. Actually 3 times people came to repair.. Because first 2 persons could not repair it.. They could nt identify the real problem.. They said it is because of climate.. And we contacted the dealer nandilath to replace the defective product.. They didnt allowed.. Now after 1 year we are facing the same complaint.. Again 1 person came from kelvinator service dept.. He failed to repair.. 1 more person came he also failed to repair.. Now they are saying they want service charge without repairing..                             Hi team,

                            I am writing this complaint with lot of frustration.

                            This shows how poor your after sales service is. I bought a kelvinator 190l (Ref kw203egt-fda) refrigerator in flipkart on 31st may 2015 (So my fridge is just 2 years and 5 months old). The fridge stopped working on 5th sept 2017. I raised a complaint on 5th sept (Che[protected]), this was attended by dd electronics on the same day (Refer bill 1 attached), he changed some part and charged me rs.1500. The frige was functional after this repair and after two days it stopped again. So i raised a complaint on 9th sept (Che[protected]), this was again assigned to the same service centre dd electronics, the did not turn up this time until i chased couple of times. The came to service only on 13th sept, they tried changing the same part which they changed on 5th sept but it did not work. They finally told us that the compressor should be changed. So we told them to check for warranty and they told they have placed and order for new compressor. On 22nd sept they came back with new compressor and they changed it and charged us rs.2200 for filling gas (Refer bill 2 attached). The fridge worked for two days and stopped. Now i have raised a complaint on 26th sept (Che[protected]) for which the service team never came back until now. My question is for a 10k fridge i have spent rs.3700 now and still there is now resolution. Does the service centre really know what the issue is? Are you guys cheating and stealing money from customers. When my parents told me not to buy kelvinator i went against their decision and bought this fridge. But now i regret my decision. What are you going to do to fix this?

                              It has been the worst experience yet, 180 days ago i did a complaint. Three time engineer came but no solution come yet. And telleng me to call here and there. They were like a local shop owner "sir ab jab chakkar hoga tabhi aayega".
                              I purchased it on last 19/10/2016. But it was the worst decision of mine.
                              Now they are not picking up the call.
                              On setting on pont 1, the ice of refrigerator deposited inside and out side in excessive amount and sound with dangerous cracking.
                              Three times online complaint has been lodged on your customer care number. No responce receive yet.
                              If you guys can't provide service then why your committing. It will bound me to go in consumer court very soon.

                              Take necessary action at earliest otherwise ready to meet me in consumer court.

Its only going to be 5 yrs of purchase this oct 2017 but i have spent around 6, 000 rupees in repairing it often part by part, 1st i changed timer 2nd changed relay and now i changed fan n motor,... Really fed up its still in warranty period i want an techiacian to see what actual the problem is

                                  I had lodged a complaint on the kelvinator national number about my refrigerator that was malfunctioning last week and was promised a quick repair. The fridge is outside warranty period so would have been a paid service.

                                  On sunday evening i got a call from mr. Sanjay naik ([protected]) about scheduling a technical visit on monday morning.

                                  The technician appeared an hour later than the time agreed on monday and then took exactly 1 minute without inspecting the fridge to diagnose the issue. Named a few parts that will need changing and told my wife that he will be back after 2 days. I spoke to him and requested for the same to be fixed asap. Then began a round of negotiations over the phone for rs.400/- to be paid as service charge (Without any bill) which we flatly refused. I mentioned that i have no problems paying the 400/- service/technician fee along with the repairs but not for a 1 minute visit and not without a bill. The supervisior (Sanjay naik) called me and tried his level best to get the money out and when i stood firm, he said ok he will send the technician sharp at 12 noon today (12th sept). The tone and the entire exchange over the phone appeared highly unprofessional. He called me later in the night and told me it will cost rs.2800/- + rs.400/- and he will be in sharp at 12 noon. I requested for the time to be adhered to as it’s a working day.

                                  Today (12th sept 2017) i again requested for them to come in at the agreed time. From 12 to 1pm i waited at home and when i didn’t hear from them, i sent a message to mr. Sanjay naik and cancelled the service visit. No response. Then at 2pm, mr. Sanjay naik calls and tells me that they are on their way and i have sent the cancellation order in haste etc. The tone was extremely rude and i told him its okay and we do not wish to proceed considering the time was not adhered. This is when things got funny. He started threatening me that he has ways to recover money from me and he knows where i live etc. I am the last person to get threatened by these kind of characters but this does not bode well for kelvinator. The conversation lasted 4 phone calls over 30 minutes. If one was a threatening tone the next would be a request tone and then back to the threatening tone when i wouldn’t budge. I am yet to come across a more crass or unprofessional representative.

                                  Kindly look into this on an urgent basis and i can assure you that if this is your servicing rep in goa then your brand is definitely going to take a hit.

                                  I for one have decided not to buy any kelvinator products going forward.

                                      अवगत कराना है कि मैंने जो शिकायत दर्ज कि थी तो आपके द्वारा भेजा भेजे गए मिस्त्री ने रिपेयर किया और 1900 रुपये ले गया किन्तु मेरी समस्या अभी भी ज्यों की त्यों बनी हुई है. आपसे त्वरित अनुरोध है कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान अगर आप ने नहीं किया तो मुझे उपभोक्ता फोरम जाना पड़ेगा. क्यों कि पैसे लेने के बाबजूद इस भीषण गर्मी में आपकी बजह से मेरे पूरे परिवार को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ा.
