I bought a Refrigerator on date 3/7/2015, during two years it has not been working two times, and called the technician two times. perhaps there is manufacturing fault in the product and i wants to change my product as soon as possible. otherwise i want to go for court case.

    Product no. Kre202 recently some problem reported with our refrigerator then we requested a service by calling dealer and customer care. After so many follow ups on 2nd august 2017 one guy came to my home and replaced the compressor and he said it is under warranty so they did not charged for it. But he charged 2100rs for some gas and his charges and when we asked for bill he refused and left. After just 30 mins product again stopped working. Then we tried calling a service guy, dealer, customer care. No one responded yet. Service person no:[protected]. So again we called customer care then they said complaint is still pending they will arrange some other person on 07th august but they failed this time also. Today also i called then they given below numbers to contact (Area managers0. [protected] (Unable to reach) [protected] (Not answering the calls) complaint no. Hyd[protected] 1) why they did not provide the bill for what they did? 2) whom do i further contact to fix the problem? Thank you

    Hi Team, Finally i got my area manger contact and when i followed up with him he sent person to fix the problem. Guy came and worked almost 2 hours to fix the problem. Finally he did something and somehow it started working and he said problem resolved. Same story after 30mins it stopped working. It seems he is trying to add the patch to the problem and not to fix it permanently. After spending 2100rs on the product and still it is not working i donno what to say. Please fix the it ASAP.

      Refrigerator from flipkart now it having a cooling problem. I have given 4 time complaints but still issue has not resolved by your team. I don't have much time for giving again and again complaints. I am requesting to replace my refrigerator. If the problem will not resolved i will go to consumers court.         This relates to job no ban [protected], dated 24th june 2017. My kelvinator fridge, 2009 made had a problem of water leakage & i contacted customer care number & asked for servicing. On 24th june 1 service person came from shreya tekniks & told me that 2 parts needs to be replaced ie b/m/f & timmer and charged rs 2850/- for that. After 1 week my fridge stopped working & called at service center. They arrange to send some other service guy who said some other part is not working & asked to repair it next day. Nobody contacted next day when i called he said the part is not available & his manger says it will be available in 3-4 days time. It is being more than 15 days & spare part is still not available. They simply closed my call saying that door house was locked. I keep on asking about the availability of part & they say another 1 week or so.

        I got a call today & they informed that the service part is not available & they can't service it. They were not happy with the fact that i gave a feedback of nst @ [protected]. I don't understand why i was not told earlier about all the parts needs to be replaced. My fridge was in working condition & stopped working after 1st repair. Now they are saying that this fridge cant be repaired. I think it is just an excuse to induce customer to harass & make them buy new refrigerator.

          It is hard to believe that such a pathetic service is given by
          Kelvinator. Complained on 19 june[protected]Prefixed state capital
          Code) for broken ice door of kelvination fridge (Model kgp 183/ 2009,
          180 litres) received reference number ran [protected] have given me a
          Very bad experience. Next day i recieved a phone call form the service
          Centre i told them my primary requirement is to change the ice door
          But without ice door they visited, supposed to be mechanic, changed
          The sensor and with service charge they charged 1178.75 rs and took
          The broken ice door with them as sample to replace soon. After one
          Week i called them no one picked the phone after some day i called to
          The service engineer hakim whose number was attached with sms, he
          Told me that he had left the job, next day i called the person who has
          Visited, he told he is in eid holiday contact office, i called to the
          Office several times, later he picked my call, he said tiil date
          Order is not placed as every one is on leave. He told that he will call
          Me to inform after two day, but i got no response.

          One week, but no response, after one week i called him again, but he

            I bought this product from amazon online shopping website in month of march 2017. Now it is not working. Kelvinator customer care executive took this product to their service center for one day and returned without any repair. Saying they don't entertain this type of appliances. Kelvinator should not sell this product in rs.2000.00 if there is no service facility for this product.

              I brought a kelvinator 255ltpr fdb 245ltr pastel red refrigerator on 20/05/2017 from great eastern trading co., garia branch (Enclosed cash memo). After 1 week, the cooling capacity of the refrigerator has down, so i complain great eastern trading co. & mechanic who came for servicing said that there is a problem of compressor of the refrigerator so i claim a new refrigerator to exchange this refrigerator from great eastern trading co., garia branch. But great eastern trading co., garia branch could not take care this problem. I request you please take necessary action from this & exchange the refrigerator & oblige me. Otherwise i will complain consumer forum.

                The service person came to service and he was not ready to check the water purifier issue. I am under amc warranty and they were not ready to replace the parts.
                I have shown the amc warranty to the service person. Even after that the part was not replaced. While trying to open the filter got broke and the service person was not ready to replace that also.

                  From last three month heavy ICE has been zam on ICE book after two visit of Kelvinator technical person. we have already paid of RS 1350 against this compliant but problem not solve right now. Kindly send your technical person again who can check the same.

                        I had pre-mature failure of pulsator in my washing machine on 15/05/2017. It is only 4 years old machine. Your technician had inspected on 17/05/2017 and said the spares to be ordered and will be made available in three days time. But even after a week, i find no sign of spares being made available. But the service technician had already collected money for his services of just identifying the parts to be replaced. Earlier i had a similar model of machine of videocone. No mechanical parts failed in that even after 13 years. Only due to failure of electronic board i had thro that machine as videocone was not in a position to supply reliable quality board with guarantee.
                        Hence kindly look into the quality of the product so that customer becomes the marketing man of your product. Kindly make my machine ready today itself.

Also I had contacted one mr Joseph ( who takes care of store for spare parts) with mobile no 9087874901. He told me on 25/05/2017 that he will check and come back to me on 26 /05/2017.                         I am yet to get the response. from yesterday onwards there were three calls to me . All were asking "when can I come for inspection" ( to get money as post warranty service charge). I have explained the case, they heard and they told that they will discuss with their boss and come back. but so far nobody has come back. Even after 15 days and taking up with Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, this is the state of affair.But so far nobody has come back.                             I was experiencing problem from March this year that refrigerator is not cooling. So I have registered a complain by calling[protected]. They have sent the technician and they have charged INR 2500/- and replaced some components and given the assurances cooling will work properly but nothing happen and I have called several time and I asking to sort out my issues and then I then again called on[protected] on 15 April 2017. They have sent the technician but the technician are inexperience and makes holes in the refrigerator and lot of cuts inside the refrigerator and they makes the refrigerator fully in bad condition and now the condition becomes bad and no cooling in the refrigerator. So technician destroys the refrigerator. and I have called several times and customer care number, Mr. Robin[protected] and twice Mr. Sachin([protected]). All are telling that we will resolve this issue but nothing happen. Now I ask the following question.

                            1. Is your refrigerator become garbage after warranty period over that is after 1 year ?
                            2. What your has done repairing after taking INR 2500 and nothing repaired ?
                            3. Why they make holes and lot of cuts in refrigerator and now it becomes look wise ugly it means your technician are tempered my refrigerator. For this I have told to Mr. Sachin.
                            4. Is your refrigerator are use and throw after 1 year?

                            Totally I have paid INR 13690 for buying refrigerator and INR 2500 in March 2017 means totally I have paid 16200.

                                    Myself naveen dsouza, i had launched a complaint about my kelvinator refrigerator regarding not cooling. After 4days your technician arrived at my place. He checked and told about gas refill. After one week gas refilling person came and did gas refilling. That is on 12/4/17. They finished work around 8pm. Second day we find that it's not getting cooler. Same day i had launched a complaint it's on 13/4/17. Till date they have not arrived to resolve my complaint. Is this the way kelvinator providing services to their customers. If you won't be able to give services to villages, then better you stop selling your products to small villages. You can only sell products at city limit only. We have to suffer after buying your products. I had launched a complaint at sadhana mangalore. Complaint in the name of inas dsouza. Place kanyana bantwal. Hope kelvinator will woke up after my mail. And i need a quick response orelse i have to knock the door of consumer firm. Im really tired calling to your service center.                                         we brought kelvinator washing machine on 12/08/2016, but few days before, the dryer was blast and we have contacted kelvinator, after inspection, your local service provider told us that it will cover under warranty and one day later they called me and told that your dryer has come and we will installed it at evening but when they come to replace, they told us this is due to imbalance, but exactly there is no imbalance at place of washing, there is imbalance where we kept it. one side they told, its free of cost and other they want me to pay rs3800.Please do needfully and replace it, because my machine is under warranty and its not our fault, your no response and negative response force me to knock the door of District Consumer Forum for justice under SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986
