We have purchased refrigerator model no k0255 lt pg fda and serial no 1203/626/[protected] from authorized dealer "richa electronics" shop no 1 vijay nagar signal kanpur on date 03rd april 2016. Next day[protected] we have raised a complaint request with dealer for few faults, which we noticed. In regular intervals, we have registered few other complaints with kelvinator services center.
