Kelvinator — Faulty split AC of Kelvinator brand since purchased

Today I am writing here to share my experience, which is litterly very bitter experience i have faced in my life i.e. after purchase of Split AC of Kelvinator Inv. 1.5 TR 3 Star KAS X 18320M which I have purchased in 26.2.2023. It is also on record of kelvinator that every year i have to made complaint for this faulty product every year since I had purchased it, which can be verified from Kelvinator record, I have to spent money to make it functional. I tried to address my grievance earlier also but no result I have recd so far.

Today I seen this forum so thought that I should share my views for this produced might be Kelvinator officials read this reivew and change my faulty product. But I am really depressed after purchasing this faulty product and I request Kelvinator that if you people are manufacturing such type of quality product then please stop manufacturing such type of product because it is of no use. I have 5 other AC's and never faced any such issued from Voltas, Hair and federal lloyad, company, I have never even registered single complaint but here in three years more than three complaints I have already registered and spent money and faced harassment also, Today again I have registered company and complaint no. is [protected]-020826. This useless product only give tension to the public. If officials are seeing this review, I feel they should contact me and provide me permanent solution of this problem/ replace my product at the earliest. My cell no. is [protected], [protected].
