Kelvinator — kelvinator noise problem

I had purchased a kelvinator refrigerator model no:ref kp 202/2016; bill no:2520. Date:08-feb-2017 from deepthi vision, thalassery road, mananthavady, wayanad-670645, ph[protected]. Which is an authorized dealer of kelvinator. When we start using refrigerator there has been sound coming from the refrigerator. We think that its normal which we initially did not view seriously but by using day by day sound get increased.
When we called customer care they have taken complaint and give complaint number but after that nobody has turned up i reported the complaint to my dealer. Later i call to customer care number to which i have reported the matter several times. Since 10/04/2017 but the problem is not rectified.

1. One service agent did visit and said that need to set new stabilizers.
2. Another service agent did visit and said same thing that the set new stabilizer.
3. Another service agent did visit and change some parts of refrigerator but then also problem of refrigerator has not been solved.


After that i have repeatedly raised complaint on telephonic call but nobody is attending my complaint.. Your company is well reputed hence i have purchased the refrigerator of kelvinator.

Therefore, i request kelvinator to kindly replace the refrigerator as it is still in the warranty period. I am enclosing the copy of the bill and warranty card for your reference and hope that my request will be entertained very soon and will take up with concern authority.
