I Rangita Das (Registered Number : [protected]) purchased the kelvinator refrigerator from the Reliance Digital outlet Sodepore location and my product is currently under brand warranty.

I placed complain 2 times related to the cooling issues by calling their customer support number and here I am attaching the docket ID of my last two service request.

Their service engg are totally time waster after raising repeated request they mentioned other team members will come to solve the issue but still the problem unsolved. No one bother to inform when they will fix this problem.

Kindly please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
