My reference number is kol[protected]. I have raised the complaint on 20th sep 2018. The geyser was showing several issues like the sound while heating has increased, the water getting leaked from inside the geyser which is very unusual and the indicators are not working.
The technician, named goursunder, visited the very next day and checked the geyser thoroughly. He said there is a leakage caused inside the geyser and the tank need to be replaced. He gave me a number and asked me to call it after 15 days and the parts will arrive in the store by then. So i called them after 15 days, they said it is not possible to get the parts within 15 days therefore he asked me to wait for more days. Again i made a follow up with them after a week but nobody responded my call. I called the customer care and they gave me a number to call. As there was durga puja festival in between, i decided to call afterwards.
I called on the given number and spoke to a person and asked about the update. He said the parts are still not available and he don’t know when it will be available though it is supposed to come from kolkata itself. When i asked him about a specific date because it has been more than a month now and i am a bit worried that the issue with the sound can get worse. But i was astonished to hear his response. He said it could take a month or more than that. I asked him if it can take a year as well and he said "might be". My question is what kind of service is that? I have purchased he geyser last year and it is still on warranty. And the way that person replied me on call it clearly shows that they are making it delay deliberately because the product is still in warranty.
I am disappointed with your service as i found this whole process extremely unprofessional and i never expected this kind of service from kenstar. Now i need a specific date when the geyser tank will be replaced and this issue will be resolved.
Kenstar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Debojit Bh I have got an sms on 03-11-18 that a servicemen called Prasad will come to check the problem on 10-11-18 but no one came. Not even a call. I called upfront in the number [protected] and spoke to a gentleman who didn't provide his name but told me that he will check and call me back. But I did not receive any call yet. I don't know why they are making it delay?
Is it just because the product is in warranty and they want it to be over so that they can charge money for the replacement?

Updated by Debojit Bh Nothing has been done yet. Therefore i believe that no action will be taken and my issue will not be resolved. This is extremely unprofessional. The Kenstar company is not working on my issue because the product is in warranty and customer complaints department are not paying attention to it as well.
I think now i have to raise a complaint to the higher level.

Updated by Debojit Bh No resolutions yet. I have written to you with a hope to get a resolution but your organisation also have not made any serious attempt to resolve my aforementioned issue. The issue has been kept getting delayed by kenstar so that they can charge me after the warranty is over. I am fed up now. Complaining in Consumer Complaint has not worked. If this issue wont get resolved within a few days, i will have to make a more profound complaint to Consumer Forum India.

I have KENSTAR KF30CBGT-MGZ model, this model has functionality for horizontal rotary but unable to use or start, for better understanding can you please give us the user manual for this product
