I have buy a kenstar spring water heater in december 2017 through flipkart water heater bottom leakege 27 january 2018 i have compailn to your service department but nobody come to attaining the problems.. Please tell me what should i do.. When i have called your service department.. But call not connected.. So i mail you please do something.

    I have registered complaint with kenstar that geyser is not giving hot water on october 5th and it is more than 20days and no one has attended. I have called customer care multiple times and they gave service person mobile number [protected] (Name: chennakesava). He initially attended the call and said he will come in one day. But later he blocked my mobile number and not attending the call. I called customer care again and they provided area manager mobile number [protected]. Area manager also said he will arrange a person and no one has attended. I am completely disappointed with customer care and kenstar. It is the worst brand to buy and trust.

      I bought the ken star water heater 25 ltr in jan 2017 and in sep 2018 it has stopped working. As such i got the 6 years warranty from company but having tried number of times customer care number nobody is coming to check the product it clearly show how irresponsible ken star management .
      my complain no HYD[protected]

      Very disappointed service from kenstar so never buy anything of this brand.

        Electrical problem and also water leakage from tank. We are getting electric shock after the water gets heated by the geyser.. Water is getting leaked from tank... Need urgent repairing, as the water is getting electrified after getting heated by the geyser. The tank is not functioning properly. The leakage is happening again and again. The problem needs to be resolved urgently.

          I have registered complain regarding leakage of water from my geyser on 05-10-18 vide complain no GHAD[protected].

          It is so painful that in spite of many calls and reminder no person has reached my home to resolve the problem even after spending 20 days. Even No representative from the company has called me to resolve the issue and the complain is still open.

            My reference number is kol[protected]. I have raised the complaint on 20th sep 2018. The geyser was showing several issues like the sound while heating has increased, the water getting leaked from inside the geyser which is very unusual and the indicators are not working.
            The technician, named goursunder, visited the very next day and checked the geyser thoroughly. He said there is a leakage caused inside the geyser and the tank need to be replaced. He gave me a number and asked me to call it after 15 days and the parts will arrive in the store by then. So i called them after 15 days, they said it is not possible to get the parts within 15 days therefore he asked me to wait for more days. Again i made a follow up with them after a week but nobody responded my call. I called the customer care and they gave me a number to call. As there was durga puja festival in between, i decided to call afterwards.
            I called on the given number and spoke to a person and asked about the update. He said the parts are still not available and he don’t know when it will be available though it is supposed to come from kolkata itself. When i asked him about a specific date because it has been more than a month now and i am a bit worried that the issue with the sound can get worse. But i was astonished to hear his response. He said it could take a month or more than that. I asked him if it can take a year as well and he said "might be". My question is what kind of service is that? I have purchased he geyser last year and it is still on warranty. And the way that person replied me on call it clearly shows that they are making it delay deliberately because the product is still in warranty.
            I am disappointed with your service as i found this whole process extremely unprofessional and i never expected this kind of service from kenstar. Now i need a specific date when the geyser tank will be replaced and this issue will be resolved.

            I have got an sms on 03-11-18 that a servicemen called Prasad will come to check the problem on 10-11-18 but no one came. Not even a call. I called upfront in the number [protected] and spoke to a gentleman who didn't provide his name but told me that he will check and call me back. But I did not receive any call yet. I don't know why they are making it delay?
            Is it just because the product is in warranty and they want it to be over so that they can charge money for the replacement?

            Nothing has been done yet. Therefore i believe that no action will be taken and my issue will not be resolved. This is extremely unprofessional. The Kenstar company is not working on my issue because the product is in warranty and customer complaints department are not paying attention to it as well.
            I think now i have to raise a complaint to the higher level.

            No resolutions yet. I have written to you with a hope to get a resolution but your organisation also have not made any serious attempt to resolve my aforementioned issue. The issue has been kept getting delayed by kenstar so that they can charge me after the warranty is over. I am fed up now. Complaining in Consumer Complaint has not worked. If this issue wont get resolved within a few days, i will have to make a more profound complaint to Consumer Forum India.

            Also, the person who spoke rude to me and said "i dont know when this will be resolved" and hung up was Nirmal Ghosh - [protected]. I spoke to him in the month of october.
            I have purchased kenstar wonder cool in May 2018 now it is not working. I have compliant about this in shop { aditya vision} where I purchased but he has not taken any action to solve this after completion of 15 days. Electric current is not passing in cooler.

                I purchased a kenstar gueyser 25 lit on8.11.117 from amazon
                Vide invoice no. Qnch 3564. After abiut three months the lower plate
                Started getting rusty and subsequently water started oozing out.
                The complaint was registered on website and also amazon informed
                About it.

                Th e company is bothered to even acknowledge the complaint and wiating
                For warranty to expire.

                Need urgent replacement. Thanks

                    Kenstar is treating its customer in a manner not even a shop owner do. First they improve the product and induce other fault to acquire more money from the customer. I am so much frustrated with the kenstar after sales service. Putting mail on there given email id still no reply from past 15 days. Service partner br services of kenstar has appointed unskilled labour to resolve the customer issue. They have first told me that my complaint has been resolved and took rs.1700/- on 2 oct and within hour of service geyser got down again and now they want us to pay us rs.3000/- again for the same issue.
                    So pathetic

                      Hi team i have raised complaint several times regarding geyser issue more than a month but i didnt get any satisfactory reply nor call... You people are'nt responding. This is literally bad. Hell with kenstar appliances. Minimum you people are not caring. Please don't sell products if you can't provide service to customers. Why should customers suffer like this.

                        I have online purchase from amazon in the month of november 2017. But element is burn with in eight month. I have not possess the bill due to warranty card but service center refuse the change the element due to non available the bill. The service centre personal visit to my house and demand for the 1400 rupees for non availability of bill. I presented the warranty card and also serial number of the product code, model no. And date of purchase but he demanded only bill which i not possessed.

                          Very bad experience with kenstar service.
                          I have registered my complained about geyser problem on 20 september but till yet i have no update about this ticket (Gpa[protected]). Even after multiple calls to customer care, nobody want to pick any call and share the status. No reply over mail as well.
                          I don't know anyone is working on this ticket or not.
                          Currently geyser is under warranty.

                            It is sad to bring notice that your service team is very bad.

                            I have a kenstar split ac bought from amazon last year august. And now facing issue in it.
                            The compressor is vibrating vigourously and with lots of noise eventually it cannot be used.

                            I have been following up with kenstar call over call.
                            Being tired after august month i again called in september and raised new ticket.

                            Ticket no:

                            Dear customer your reference no is mum[protected] pl give response code r75209, if receive call within 1 hr. For annual maintainance click www.vgservice.co.in

                            I got contacts of 3-4 service man below is list

                            Mum[protected] will be serviced by nandakumar[protected], svc point [protected] provide scode s66331 only if satisfactory job done, appt dt-27/09/18, 5:00pm

                            Addition to above 2 phone number i have 2 more all shared by your service desk team.

                            And also senior branch head person number but all in vain

                            No one recieves the call. I am really tired of this dirty situation now.

                              Bought kenstar water heater, it started leaking after 6-7 months.

                              I registered a complain as it is in warranty period, nobody takes care of your complain. It is almost 4 months over to call them again and again but nobody care about it. I have not seen bad service like this in my life till now. Their managers gives commitment and once commitment date gone they do not pick the call.

                                I raised my first complaint in july 2018. Its been more than 3 months and i have raised 7 complaints till date and not even once did a technician visited my place. And each time i call customer service, they can only see my latest complaint. There is nothing you people can do. Such horrible service. I'm going to approach consumer court if this is the attitude you have towards your customer.

                                  Gave complaint on geyser, which broke in 7 months after purchase.. (On warranty period)

                                  One engineer visited and told there is leakage in tank and it will be replaced in 1 week. Its 2 months now i am following up with customer care and i always get a reply "your issue will be resolved in 24 hours".

                                  These is some serious violation of the policy and agreement they do while purchasing.

                                      Complaint number gha[protected]. Done on 28th september - the person who took complaint and gave complaint number was vicky. Called again on monday, 01st october and was told that technician would come today.

                                      Called again on 03rd october 2018, lady on line deepa. Says ur job is only to note complaints, if it is not getting serviced go to consumer court. She gave a number of a manager arun gangwar [protected] but the same number gives a message switched off.

                                      Product is under warranty and is not working. Company is trying to avoid. Kenstar i am told is part of videocon group now which is under serious fraud allegations and will go down anyday like vijay mallya so it is likely that these are last minute flickers of fleecing customers before they run away.

                                      Everyone be wary please of taking anything related to videocon in future

                                        My name is Vipul Garg..

                                        I had bought a Kenstar hot spring geyser 15l, last week.. After its installation there is a water leakage in geyser..I had contacted customer care last week and requested to visit on weekends, as remain available only on weekends.

                                        Since then no one visited us.

                                        Today I called their service centre in morning and requested that we are available, kindly send some technician to check the problem. No one visited yet.. Since afternoon even that service centre is also not picking cal..

                                        Now i again called customer care and talked to some Mr Shiv kumar(Senior desk), that person have no etiquette how to talk to customer, he simply said, if service centre is not picking cal, we can't do anything, try callin them again..

                                        No one is clearing out how this complaint will be solved.

                                        Please help me out.
