I bought Kenstar Cooler just 2 month ago. Couple of times, it's water pump didn't work and raised complaints to kenstar all the times. Their response time was very bad. Their 72hrs SLA didn't work. My decision was wrong to buy kenstar product and I never do this again. Even pass it to within my circle too. Current situation is, raised a complaint and it is open since 4 days.. Service center team don't respond to phone calls at all. I fed-up with following-up calls with them Was this information helpful? | |||
