Kenstar — Gas geyser function

I bought kenstar gas gyser on 10/05/2022 .yesterday it is not functioning.when on the gas& button of gyser it shows redlight but not ignite&also water is not heated.so, I ask to seller seller is don't respond so please solve the problem as early as possible Tq...
