Kenstar — Geyser serving and demanding money for under warranty parts | |||
This is very disheartening to convey to you that the image of your esteemed company KENSTAR has been changed in my mind. As per my earlier perspective KENSTAR is having high after service value. But my thought has been changed by my last encounter of my Kent Gyser Servicing. The disputed geyser was picked up from my home address in August 2020 and after that there was no response for a few many days. And when my father in law started following up they are telling me that they don't have the part in stock so they will replace it with a new GEYSER and we heve to give a balance amount. the amount was not fixed yet and also approval from higher management is pending. The same statement my father in law used to listen to every call till October 2020 and at last he fed up of all and purchased a new one as he and my mother in law have been prescribed to take hot water showers. But I insisted and took the authority to get back my geyser either replaced one or the old. And started calling from mid January and at last I came to know that I have to pay the depreciation amount of Rs. 3375/- for the old one then I will get the replacement with a new one. So this is my whole story, now I intend to raise below mentioned points to you and need support from your end. 1. Don't you people think that the time duration from August 2020 to Jan 2021 is not very long. 2. Why do you people fail to give the solution by yourself and why my father in law above the age of 65 years needs to follow up and bother. 3. Why do my old parents suffer in the cold days 4. Why the depreciation amount is too high. and dont you people think that the amount needs a consideration on the above mentioned raised issues. Here I am attaching a few for your reference.
