I had bought cooler ! From Flipkart of kenstar at first they sended broken cooler we complaint and ask for new one that was good for 7 days as per the police after 7 days product can't be refund or exchange then we as for warranty omg horrible service of customer service worst behaviour of customer service unprofessional worst even the manager don't have any value of words he said my mom was call customer since 10 day they really had drama after 1 week of complaint they action and provided wrong moter which was in anti clock the manager said he will fix till Monday today is Wednesday no response and not receiving the call either worst the worst customer service paid lots of money to have a unwanted showpiece in my house
