Hi,

i was using a Kenstar Electric Geyser which is stopped working for the past 2 months.

and i have raised a complaint with Customer care[protected] and the complaint number is BAN[protected].

It's almost a month now, till now no one visited our house and nothing is done.

Whenever i called customer care they are always giving some local engineers numbers but again no one is picking.
