Kenstar — Kenstar Cooler parts not provided by technician

Hi,

I have registered complaint on 14-May-2022 on Kenstar Customer Care and technician came next day to change fan motor but he has not provided cooler wheels and water tank valve.Also no alternate solution provided.

I have spent Rs 3200 but still unable to use my cooler as technician not provide cooler parts.

I have received a call from company representative but still no technician visit and awaiting for cooler spare parts.
