[Resolved] Kenstar — Kenstar cooler stopped working and no power coming to it, technician not visiting to check the problem | |||
I purchased a Kenstar Air Cooler on April 01, 2017 and it stopped working on April 7, 2017. I have raised a complaint calling the Customer Service about it on April 7, 2017 evening, but till today, April, 10, 2017, there is no one who is visiting to check the problem with the Air Cooler. I have called the technician multiple times and he says he will come and is not showing up. It very painful as a customer to keep on calling the Technician and waiting for him to turn up even taking a leave from work, but no response. This is a very poor response from the customer service point. I hope you would take proper action to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I made a complaint about the repair of my geyser on 20 th march 2017. they came, opened every thing, and went away. so far they did not turnup even after my 100calls nearly.I donot know what to do
